I always hear that fortunejack has having some issue from other players.. and i think better to go in other gambling site that you can find the same as fortune jack.. many site are legit and you can talk to them without issue.. t

FortuneJack has been around for ages , personally I have nothing to complain about their services
but I guess I have read another topic about the same issue with the same game , it looks like their blackjack need some improvements
hopefully you can organize your topic more , some screenshots would help
but surely their support needs to respond faster

It is not about speed of responding it is about knowledge of support. Now on the market is many casinos, and one of the most important things is support. FJ should pay it more attention..

Exactly my point I was trying to make. This isnt the first time I have played at FortuneJack but it will be my last. The simple fact that they cant sort out a problem within the space of 2 weeks is the worse customer service I ever experienced. The problem I had with their Blackjack table on their site happened me on several occasions and I contact several times before they acknowledged me. They also wouldnt give me an update on the situation and gave me a reply that they had 2 weeks in order to solve my issue. 2 weeks passed and I continued to chase the problem also encountering a few more on their site. I kept on chasing and it must have been around a month before they came back with the answer its was probably my fault and asked me to value their service. A simple apology would have done but no they at Fortunejack couldnt even manage that. The worse service I have encountered from any casino online ever.

I would like to say something here, seriously FORTUNEJACK PLEASE READ THIS : The chat you have in your site just makes me feel like I am talking to another gambler, they have 0 knowledge about casino and if withdraw stuck or any other problem they just say WAIT, in my life I ever seen such bad support. Sorry though I like your site.

Yes, they do not even know what confirmations is.
They just can confuse you.

The  "open" status is due to disconnection of the you from the game.The reason for that could be either you  left the game on purpose, or were disconnected due to network difficulties on your end. As for the supposed WN ... you can log back into the game and finish the hand any time, afterward the status of the hand will change to close.

Please, prior to posting wrong accusations read the mail we sent and please try to post a rational assessment of this case.

Wrong I tried several times to contact you and you said you would deal with my case and after how many weeks you come up with the feeble excuse of a disconnection. Many times I tried to continue the the hand and it just simply crashed I told your support on several occasions that this was the case but still you chose weeks to inform me I am truly disappointed with the level of your service from one of the industries figure heads.

I'd be curious to see how much time the signature campaign members defending FJ in this thread actually spend playing on fortune jack (other than in the poker  freerolls)

They probably didn't even realize FJ just bumped a thread that died 2 months ago.  FJ probably didn't either.

You are not the only customer that play on the site for sure and they got hundreds of customer that might send them other support email as well so they are taking some time to fix the other issue since yours isnt really important. I could split whatever card I got in the blackjack so Im not really sure why you cant do that

I can totally tell that you are just making this a big fuss because you want something or atleast compensation because you lost the game. From the way you write this all up, this is just too dramatic and most people can here vouch that it would not take 8-9 working days for the fortunejack support to reply an email from player

Explanation from FortuneJack seems to be reasonable. Disconnections happens. I think the OP should say whether this was this case.

well i played there alot and i never had any issues try contacting them about it in their thread or on live support..
i never seen someone issue was not resolved.

it was always the same you contact support no one answer you just post in bitcointalk and you get your answer and sometime with bonus XD
anyway i wish that you solve you problem many users had the same before and tell about this bad service so i didn't try this site to say my opinion but see your experience in this site i think that they need to improve their serveses to keep there costumer and don't lose anyone.

FortuneJack has been one of the top casinos in the industry and I have had nothing but great experiences playing at FortuneJack.  I would highly recommend anybody to play at 'FortuneJack anytime. 

Me also, I'm playing there for months and never had any problem. I withdraw money that I earned from poker freerolls easy and fast. For me they are one of best gambling sites.
it is not only about deposit/withdrawal proccess problem i think, op explained blackjack technical problem which make him feel rigged.
and AFAIK withdrawal with big amount need manually checked so it take time longer than usual, it is reasonable enough.

I have also had a fair share of bad experiences when playing there (i have played there 4-5 times only). But in that time i also managed to get hit by several inconveniences. I experienced massive lag, it was not all bad but in some games, it was pretty much impossible to do anything. So i just played dice and a few other games that didnt lag so bad, then i tried to withdraw and got it like 12h later (it was only a small amount of 0.1BTC). You can safely say that the customer experience is not their main concern.

Your story is a bit difficult to read and understand. Try creating some paragraphs instead of one big wall of text. We need to know where a new section of your story starts.

Is it not possible that their system does not allow splitting two aces? I know every casino has different rules about splitting and doubling etc.

Seems also like you were on a 5 day "hot streak" winning more than you should and than complain about losing when you increase your bet size. That is called variance. It is best not to increase your betsize like that, because one loss at 5 mbtc removes all profit from 5 wins at 1 mbtc.
I know right. I had to read everything twice just to understand part of it.
And it is shady af when they said there is no records of OP playing Blackjack in their database. :O

OP, you should at least provide screenshots of conversations with them.
I agree with this member.
Screenshot is best proof or this is just a witch hunt.

i have never had any problems with this website and i will most probably still keep on playing it as i really like it
