Your story is a bit difficult to read and understand. Try creating some paragraphs instead of one big wall of text. We need to know where a new section of your story starts.

Is it not possible that their system does not allow splitting two aces? I know every casino has different rules about splitting and doubling etc.

Seems also like you were on a 5 day "hot streak" winning more than you should and than complain about losing when you increase your bet size. That is called variance. It is best not to increase your betsize like that, because one loss at 5 mbtc removes all profit from 5 wins at 1 mbtc.
I know right. I had to read everything twice just to understand part of it.
And it is shady af when they said there is no records of OP playing Blackjack in their database. :O

OP, you should at least provide screenshots of conversations with them.

OP try structuring your blabble into paragraphs so it's readable.

I tried out Fortune Jack this week with a .05 deposit. What I didn't like was having to wait 3 confirmation for the funds to be able to play with. Sometimes 3 confs can take a bit of time depending on network congestion. Other sites credit the deposit instantly so you can play.

I wanted to play poker and I was disappointed I got into the poker room and the only game with a player was at a 2mbtc table  Shocked I want to play for real stakes not pennies.

I then went to try casino games and the ones they had were super boring but nonetheless I gave a slot a shot and managed a few bonuses and doubled up my balance to .1btc and attempted withdrawl.

Received in wallet within a couple minutes time so all good there.

Seems alright casino but just don't have the poker action that I would have liked to see. For that reason I doubt I'll be back on Fortune Jack casino anytime soon.

FortuneJack has been one of the top casinos in the industry and I have had nothing but great experiences playing at FortuneJack.  I would highly recommend anybody to play at 'FortuneJack anytime. 

Me also, I'm playing there for months and never had any problem. I withdraw money that I earned from poker freerolls easy and fast. For me they are one of best gambling sites.

IIRC, isn't 22 a bust?
well he tried to split so im guessing he had 2 aces most probably as you can split only with 2 hands

Chat logs and transcripts of your conversation with their support might give us a light to view it at, but as long as you accusations aren't backed up by anything except the drama and angst towards FortuneJack, don't expect that people might actually believe it. I have read some complaints from other users about the said site, but it was fixed the soonest time possible. Can you post some screenshots or even transcripts of your conversations here?

I have seen a few people make posts about FJ recently, and every time FJ has fixed the issue, or the issue was never real anyway. IMHO FJ is operating an honest portal.

I can totally tell that you are just making this a big fuss because you want something or atleast compensation because you lost the game. From the way you write this all up, this is just too dramatic and most people can here vouch that it would not take 8-9 working days for the fortunejack support to reply an email from player

Just joined this week and have tried to withdraw with no issues. Think they spend a little extra time investigating issues being a smaller site.
Will come back here in a month and update.

i have tested a  little withdrawal after a winning from poker freeroll and it was quick
But yes sometimes there are problems with poker rooms...
But i do not claim about freerolls...
So far I am not yet "hot" to play for buy-in but I'am sure they will manage all the little problems.

I think this is a technical error in the site, so you need not worry for this issue, I believe the Organizer fortunejack will do our best to correct the problem you are experiencing. I need to know a website that is experiencing the error, should have plenty of time to find where the code is wrong. And after they discover their error code looking for more about mistakes there and look for solutions. So if there is a technical error in the operation held a direct Manager fix this problem. It is possible that the Manager was busy to fix this problem and not had time to reply to your email.

You are not the only customer that play on the site for sure and they got hundreds of customer that might send them other support email as well so they are taking some time to fix the other issue since yours isnt really important. I could split whatever card I got in the blackjack so Im not really sure why you cant do that

They actually replied to me and said they are still processing my complaint that I had 8 / 9 days and still havent offered me nothing apart from air. In my email I informed them that I would tell the community about the poor service which I have received from Fortunejack and how they treat their customers like shit.

There seems to be a lot of these types of accusations against fortunejack popping up in the last couple of months. Not that I don't believe them to be true but some actual proof I have yet to see. Its been quite a while since I have played there so I wouldn't know about these issues personally. With all the accusations maybe its best to hold off on gambling here until this all gets straightened out.

The site displaying typical errors could be a technical problem for sure but the support denying the player's presence is a straight lie and there have been many issues on their thread lately.I think they should at least respond to the accusations.
