I'm quite impressed with this idea and the supplement to the Dogecoin community. I see great potential for this Altcoin actually. It has all the fundamentals to grow and be just as another poster said: The Shibe Savings account for all Dogecoin lovers. All it takes is the community and Dogecoin definitely has the community. The problem with Dogecoin and it growing in value is the fact it has a continually growing supply of Dogecoin and it's made to be inflationary. This would go along great for the Shibes, they could put back their Doge's to grow interest rather than lose value and simply convert back to Doge when they plan to tip or spend.
I see a double wallet in the near future! A Dogecoin + Shibecoin wallet would be great. It could truly work out to be amazing as long as the community gets behind this. I suggest we encourage and embrace this coin and utilize it with Dogecoin to have a great, fun, and possibly very much profit. wow. To the moon!

For coin logo, was thinking it could be something like a cartoon doge image with the words "Shibecoin Doge Bank" to differentiate it's role from Dogecoin as a savings account.
Just like Sunny King made Primecoin and Peercoin for different roles, Dogecoin vs Shibecoin is the same difference and people don't need to cry that it takes too much away from the other currency.
There's also the large possibility that most PoW coins will fail, so Doge will live on no matter what that way.

I like this idea a lot! People should realize that the only ones currently getting offended by shibes are the massive dogecoin bagholders.. the dogecoin community is great and I'm sure will appreciate the complimenting doge currency.
Dogecoin = microtransactions, tipping, crowdfunding
Shibecoin = Shibe's savings accounts, more stable investment tool with a more sustainable inflation rate
With 100's of new coins a month, this would only strengthen the dogecoin community and provide an additional way to diversify their portfolios as true shibes!
