I’m still positive that they come back and resolve the issue because they already spend a lot of money on forum promotion just to ruined it for a 1000Euro complaint.

Assuming that is the case, they should have left someone else taking care of the clients while the handler of the account is in vacation.

... and that is why the instructed their former campaign manager to respond to complains on their behalf before that agreement was terminated some time ago.
And like you said, I am also positive that Yesbet will come online some days and anwswer to all the questions on this thread and outside the thread.
The account is already being marked in red and when their resume their vacation they see what happened and will respond accordingly.

I was not aware of that role taken by the former manager to be honest, but it would make sense if they managed to reach a fair deal with them.
Anyways, to be honest I feel rather pessimistic on the situation with this service nowadays, mostly for the people who are having trouble with their money, this kind of things are supposed to be taken care shifty, specially if an official account is already dealing with red trust...

It is disappointing as I remember when this casino first created their ANN thread and I thought they had potential, but it seems they are not interested in trying to restore their reputation in this forum as their main account has not logged in 2 weeks already.
Until this moment the Yesbet team have not responded to the tag and trying to get it resolved so that it will not affect the casino's reputation,  but that seems not to border the cmteam any ways but as per past history.

Yesbet started on a good note and I don't know why this is happening right now but am sure there will come around some days to get things resolved

They already acknowledged the issue and probably the representative went in to a vacation since the last accusation is made before the Christmas vacation of the casino employees. The website is still active so it means that they are still operating. Probably the representative will come back again once they already have the answer since the account last active date is same when there last post made.

if we take a look at the representative board from YAS.BET from a few days ago they are still not online and chances are they are also on vacation or too busy solving more complicated issues.
it's true that YAS.BET has been running a campaign on this forum for several months which was once known as a good betting platform, but since there have been several cases that have appeared and the signature campaign has been stopped it is a bit of a disappointment from old YAS.BET customers
but actually I'm sure to overcome all the problems that exist on the gambling platform it does take quite a long time. almost several online casinos that have complaints of the same problem like this also take a long time but in the end it is resolved.

I agree with the both of you on the fact that the Yesbet inactiveness is the major reason why this issue have not been resolved, and if tou have being following up with this thread you will know that their team has not been active right from time, and that is why the instructed their former campaign manager to respond to complains on their behalf before that agreement was terminated some time ago.

It does not feel right to let people alone and without way to contact a representative this way, as long as a casino operates, there must be someone to reach out 24/7. Let us see what happens then, when they finally log in again. It makes little sense they would start big with a signature campaign and not have some money for an extra employee, to oversee this account during the Christmas season...

Hopefully this is the scenario that plays out as what we need in this market are more honest service providers, so even if it takes longer than what we would like I expect this issue can be resolved by them.

After all it does not make sense to ruin their reputation on the most prestigious bitcoin forum over an amount of money that is so low that it is probably not enough to pay for even a fraction of their operational costs.

There has a very good start-up when they entered the forum with intense promos as their signature campaign lasted for some months before they pause or with the promise of relaunching the campaign, so at that, I agree with you that the inactiveness is the result of their none response to the accusations and the admin may probably not be aware of this new development as regards their trust review.
I believe that whenever they come online, they will do all that it takes to get answers to all the questions and possibly get the red tags removed at some point.

The casino has a few negative tags already but I still find surprising that it takes months for something like this to be resolved, after all we were not talking about a massive amount of money but just a couple of hundreds of dollars.

Congratulations to you for getting your money back because most times, players that have similar complain about the withdrawals and account locking have not really received much attention and complaints are not attended to which show a high level of negligence on the part of the Yes bet.

In most occasions I have encountered users around there (on the forum) who do not have a perfect English or one can notice they are not native, etc.
Generally I do not mind, since I can understand they they say and they can understand me, but this case is different: we are talking about a person which is supposed to face the public, representing a casino.

I personally believe the person behind YAS's account understand what we say, they simply struggle to express themselves with the proper words.
Still waiting for any news about the troubles some users are having.  Sad

Please, address those cases as soon as possible.
One of the major challenges I have noticed with Yesbet representative in the forum is the lack of good English skills and is easy to notice that their REP and creator of this thread is not of English origin and maybe he just learned English just to be able to communicate, this is why he easily misuses words and doesn't understand some discussions that are going on in this forum, I guess we can possibly try to use other means to get. the admin's attention to solving the situations on the ground.

It's long Yes bet the admin logged in last but am sure at. the right time their will come around, but in the main time let's see what contribution you will be getting from members of the forum who will comment on the thread and also warn others to stay careful from the casino for a while.
It has only been a few days since they last logged in. That's fairly normal for casino owners IMO. We will see if they pop on and respond to the accusation. I have tagged them as well for now while we wait for a response.

So sad to see your experience on this casino, well they requested you KYC and then they didn't reply again is a big red flag, I think they're aware with your chat, but they're choose to ignore it either they're scam or they can't answer anything. Waiting for around 3 weeks is really long, the representative last reply also last 3 weeks too and as you can see there's many complaints in the previous post in this thread.

I will leave negative tag and you could create flag type 3 on their account.
