I’m still positive that they come back and resolve the issue because they already spend a lot of money on forum promotion just to ruined it for a 1000Euro complaint.
Assuming that is the case, they should have left someone else taking care of the clients while the handler of the account is in vacation.
And like you said, I am also positive that Yesbet will come online some days and anwswer to all the questions on this thread and outside the thread.
The account is already being marked in red and when their resume their vacation they see what happened and will respond accordingly.
I was not aware of that role taken by the former manager to be honest, but it would make sense if they managed to reach a fair deal with them.
Anyways, to be honest I feel rather pessimistic on the situation with this service nowadays, mostly for the people who are having trouble with their money, this kind of things are supposed to be taken care shifty, specially if an official account is already dealing with red trust...
