It also shows how serious the project is, for they really put that work and time just to create a really attractive design. Not at all because Design does really matter and its one of my indications if a certain project do really give some effort not just setting it aside.Would you like to invest to a project which isn't really well designed? You wont really got convinced because even you do just base on basic things like design you can already presume
that the other factors or components would be not good as well.
ICOs gotta be designed properly if they want to reach their hard cap goals. Most are currently not doing it properly and the market timing is not helping either...

I don't know how true this is but I have had a pretty bad experience where a very well designed ICO project ended up scamming investors. Of course, this isn't your problem though. Your job is just to design and make your own cut from the transaction.
