Design to me is not just about the web design which I believe is what a lot of people are looking at while reading through the thread, but there is actually more to an ICO than just web design, and even though it is a necessary one for good marketing, as no one will want to invest in a project where the team could not even take their time to put together a good website, but at the same time what is important when it comes to design is actually the product itself as well as the business plans and solutions that the project brings, those are the major things an investor is majorly looking at.
