Agreed, 25% is not too much. 25% of such a small house edge is tiny to begin with. It just feels like a lot, but it should be compared with the actual returns.

so.. hru?

The only investment fee is a divest fee of 25% of your profits. This fee comes out weekly (every Sunday) and only applies when your investment is positive.

Is this a normal thing to have such a huge divest fee? I often saw others put 0-2% but never saw this huge fee. Let assume the investors get 1 btc profit and to pay 0.25 btc as their divest fee, I do not really think they will agree on this term. Any explanation why you get 25% fee from investors profit? Sorry no offend

Most of our competitors are higher than this number, I would guess the average is 35% and some charge an additional investing fee when you start or an early divest fee.

I expect more than 25% of the profits from investments to be used on running costs and promotions for a long time to come.

I do not know who is your competitor but if in the future the site goes well then you should really take this into your consideration. With 50x leverage and fast profit, I think investors will be able to invest more and they will get their investment back in no time Grin

25% for developing site and promotion is a little bit too much? I do not saying it is wrong but just in case site has a lot of traffic then everything should be adjusted

I don't get the people saying 25% is too much to be honest. If the house edge was like 1.5% and it was 25% I mean it would be too much. But like at the other competition...

Dice-Bet: 25% commission 0.7% House Edge, Highest Leverage 50x

Yolodice: 35% commission 1% House Edge, Highest Leverage 10x

Bustabit: ?? ( 19.1% rn ) commission 1% House Edge, Highest Leverage 3x or 2x < -- I'm pretty sure.

Bustadice: Same thing as Bustabit I think.

Crypto-games: 30% Commission 0.7% House Edge, Highest Leverage 1x leverage.

Bitvest: 30-33% Commission 1% House Edge, Highest Leverage 50x leverage.

Am I forgetting anything that's open for investors, and anything that is lower than that?

yeah true I didn't say it's not reasonable , it's still good
but if things went as planned and the site became really popular then I guess the same scenario that happened with the other sites will happen which is a site having really big bankroll without getting enough daily wagers so this should reduce the roi for investors , I may be wrong tho

but at the moment it's really great with low bankroll since profit/loss are noticeable daily , dicebet is the first site that made me check it once every couple of hours or so since bankroll is really moving  Cheesy

haha some of the swings are big. When the LTC bankroll jumped +15LTC profit yesterday someone was live streaming and they were +/-25% (with their 50x leveraged investment) over a matter of minutes before coming out up +25%.

The leverage plus smaller bankroll at the moment is very interesting!

every investor based casino takes a certain percentage as fee , so sites take it directly from the house edge others just take it from the profits made
25% isn't that high but I would really like to see it going down to something like 0.15% since the house edge is lower and investors are expecting to win less

I would expect it to be higher, considering the house edge is lower  which means the operators of the site earns less. On yolodice isn't it 35%? or am I mistaken?

So how does the investor return work? Do people who own the coins get a cut of the 0.7 percent house edge or something similar?

If you put coins in the bankroll you get a share of all the profit and loses from players in that coin only.

All profits and loses are updated real time and your share of the bankroll (based on your investment size and leverage) determines how much you make.

There is no commission from the house in real time so 100% of profit and loses gets shared between all investors.

The only investment fee is a divest fee of 25% of your profits. This fee comes out weekly (every Sunday) and only applies when your investment is positive.

If you want to know more information just send me a PM and I can go into more detail and some examples if you like Smiley

Thanks that makes sense. Is there a way to independently verify that the house edge is actually only 0.7%? For example is a record kept of every bet/transaction?

Yeah you can look at the payout for each roll. Each roll is has a 0.7% house edge on it. The payout is 99.3/chance of winning. You will also see the even odds (2x) gap for roll under or roll over is 0.7 (50.35-49.65).

You can check that each roll is provably fair on the site too. That ensures no rigging of rolls is going on.

I think everything is already on their faq, you should check on their site and it seems they already explain in full details there. If you are bothering about the house edge, leas worry because if you are an investors, you should be grateful because house edge is on your side, that means higher house edge you will have better chance to get more profit but in this case it is 0.7%. Anyway house edge does not affect your investment at all, it is just matter of the chances to win more or lose more
