Fairdapp alone has already wagered 1416LTC

So he will get 2.8LTC based on his rolls already from the competition and It seems like he will wager more.

Plus he is in profit like 10.8LTC.
~
So I don't think the wager competition was a bad one to start with at all.

Fairdapp had been very lucky for the last couple of days. I watched his play yesterday and was amazed by how he was continuously making profits. Basically, he was betting with 25x multiplier (or around 4% win chance) increasing from 4% to 10% on loss, and he was almost always hitting the right number within 30-50 bets. At one point I even started to think that he has invented a winning strategy. Smiley Of course I know that there can't be such things, but look at him, the guy won $600 in LTC in a couple of days! Smiley Anyway, I'm glad for him and I wish good luck to all of those competing in the Wagering Contest!

He is on fire alright! The lower 0.7% house edge is also helping  Tongue

This is our first wagering competition but we are always open to try another model if players prefer something else Smiley

So there is still over 2 weeks left but just the LTC leaderboard has been getting a lot of wagering in the last few days. I think there will be some good payouts if the wagering continues like it is Cool

I have a question about your Monthly Wagering Competition. I saw in other thread that

Quote
Total Prize Pool of up to 2.1 BTC, 21 ETH & 115 LTC!

and regarding prizes (let's talk just about BTC because the percentage is the same for other coins):

--------------------->Bitcoin Wagering Contest prize:<---------------------

★  Contest Place - Reward % - Maximum Reward ★

1 - 0.2% of the players total wager - 1 BTC
2 - 0.17% of the players total wager - 0.5 BTC
3 - 0.14% of the players total wager - 0.3 BTC
4 - 0.12% of the players total wager - 0.2 BTC
5 - 0.1% of the players total wager - 0.1 BTC

Don't you think that the prizes are too small to attract players? I mean, if I understand it correctly, someone taking the first place will receive 100k satoshis in case of wagering 0.5 BTC. And if it will be the 5th place then the prize will be just 50k satoshis for the same amount wagered. I'm talking about 0.5 BTC because the most wagered by a player is 0.26 BTC as of now and it's been two weeks since the competition has started.

I mean what's the point of talking about the Total Prize Pool if it's obvious that the first prize will not be even close to 1 BTC? If you are saying about what is your Total Prize Pool then the rewards should be related to that and not to the player's total wager.

Besides, although your House Edge is small, 0.7%, it is most likely what a player will lose wagering any amount. And since your top prize is more than 3 times smaller than that, it doesn't look like a promotion.

P.S. I just reread my post and I think it may appear rude, for which I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend you. I meant to be helpful and maybe to clarify something for myself.

The maximum reward is 1 btc for the top wager meaning that wagering above 2000 BTC will net you the same amount for the maximum reward 1 btc.

The reward meaning that the competition will give out at the most 1 BTC not wager only 1 BTC.

Also I agree with you with the wagering competition not being that attractive, with the first place winner only playing at a 0.5% house edge the whole time if he wins.

In the future, I would like more fixed prises for wagering instead of a % of a total wager,
because it's essentially like you said, "Besides, although your House Edge is small, 0.7%, it is most likely what a player will lose wagering any amount"

edit: I think I misread your post, but otherwise I agree with you with the prize pool instead of total wager Smiley

I had an opportunity to check how the site works. So I did. Here’s some results of my examination:

1. The house edge is really small, 0.7%. For example it means that you have 49.65% win chance on 2x payout.

2. The speed of AUTO betting is very high compared to that in many other dice sites. Since I knew it may vary from time to time, I checked during different time spans.

Rolls made_/_Seconds taken
_200______/__30
_400______/__64
1000______/_144
1000______/_145
1000______/_144
1000______/_143

4600 : 670 = 6.87 (rolls per second)

I know 4-5 rolls per second would be no wonder, but almost 7 rolls per second is really impressive.

3. Maybe not that important but still as I’ve noticed it, I’ll report it. In AUTO I wrote the number 2 in the box, here’s how it looked:

Same goes for the “On win” box. If it’s not only me, maybe you guys should fix it.

Overall I have a good impression of the site and I definitely will be back. Smiley

Thanks for stopping by and doing some in-depth analysis on DiceBet!

Will get that design bug looked at too Smiley

Thanks for all the feedback everyone! We are taking it all onboard and making upgrades/changes based on it.

To my knowledge, this site does not charge the investors any divest fee if their investment is not in positive profits, so the divest fee of 25% charged from the investment profits are still reasonably acceptable for some investors.

That is correct.

shame that there is no faucet or a small starting balance so people can try the site

Thanks for the feedback, for the first people who visit the site I will tip them some BTC, ETH or LTC Smiley

That's a nice move for a new site. Indeed it's better to tip people in the chat rather than giving an opportunity to malicious bots to exploit your faucet.

Btw, I've registered on the site and I think it looks nice in both, the day and the night mode. Also it's good that there's a warning after you hit the MAX button, only I would eliminate the "Don't ask me again" option. It's not that often people decide to go all-in, so it's always better to make them to think twice.

After two weeks playing, and investing, divesting, depositing and withdrawing, I am very happy.  It's very fast and didn't take me long to make 4000 bets manually, and autobot is still very fast.  High leverages work extremely well, and is great for someone who wants to gamble with an edge, as it can get risky.  Low leverages also work extremely well, and will pick up profits more as high leverages get depleted.  Admin is super chill, and it's a great place to chat in the morning and play some dice.  Also action is certainly picking up, and litecoin bank is growing quickly.  I'm getting better gameplay here than at bigger sites, and provably fair system is superb.
