Why dont you stay on the dice game first, after being successful then you can add more games. With my current view, I just saw your dice game does not even have huge traffic, although your competition is a big success but you really need more players again. But this is from my point of view, so if your team are going to add this game so fast then it is your choice then
Success is subjective, any sites has their own goal of success. Maybe they think that it is now good time to expand the business with new game, why not? As long as it does not give bad effect to the first game then I think it is OK. Adding new games can be done anytime as long as they are ready, adding new game may give more traffic as well IMO. As long as the new game is attractive and unique then it will be a great addition, otherwise if it is like a "in a hurry" addition then I dont think it will be a good move.
I do not say that they can't add some of their new game in the current time but they should really think and really focus on what their purpose from the start. I think their dice game done pretty good but still for me it is not enough, so I just want to say if they really want to attract people, they should do one thing until its done. Besides dice game have much better ROI than other game right since it has really fast turnover as I see

With the competition we are still not 100% on what time frame to do, maybe both short and longer term. Will launch it when we get Poker-Flips on DiceBet, hopefully in a week or so
The prizes for a wagering tournament that last for a week would usually be lower as compared with a monthly wagering tournament and that is understandable, I think maybe the site owner can consider to launch a weekly wagering tournament as it might be a good way to attract new high rollers to play on the site.
