Dear bitcointalk community.
Dicecoin is happy to have a BIG WINNER, who is user CocaColaMan. 28 January 2015 when he was gambling on our site, he was so lucky/skilled to get 86 BTC!
The story was encouraging, he was winning, then losing, then winning more. We were really happy to stand out from the crowd, announcing this fantastic event.
But…
We maintained contact with CocaColaMan through email. Our cash-flow makes it possible to payout around 2 BTC per day, with respect to other users it was a proposition to CocaColaMan to pay his prize with 10 BTC per week, until 86 BTC will be paid in full. The offer came from the user:
Then CocaColaMan started to negotiate in many ways. The final offer was - 40 BTC to be paid right away. It was definitely a generous offer, but competitive:
We started to gather BTCs
When we had 40 BTC and were happy to congratulate CocaColaMan, found this post blaming us:
If you could imagine how disappointed we were.
So we tried to be positive and contacted CocaColaMan, saying that everything is fine and we’re ready to send 40 BTC as was settled. CocaColaMan sent us the wallet address and enjoyed 40 BTC he won (

Right now he’s trying to blackmail us.
Could anyone suggest how to deal with this type of Bitcoin Community member? He’s nervous, aggressive, want his questions to be answered in 30 minutes as he’s the only user and we should pay 100% of attention right to him.
The true is that we never thought that doing a fair business would be so hard. We have some limitations while growing, still doing our best, as always! Additionally we offer a decent compensation for users who would help us to improve Dicecoin (discover imperfections in any way).
We’re proud to be a part of the Bitcoin Community. Please try our service today
