I have never gamble during my education because gambling is not good in my community and the elders will never let you to gamble. Therefore I have never wasted my money, time and schooling. In this day I gamble every little because I think that I should not waste my hard earn money in gambling because I am not fond of becoming rich in short time. Yes when l was an addict to gambling before l used to be late on my job and sometimes l am absent. I don't even cook my children going to school. Many are affected to me especially my family when l was a gambler but now I'm not anymore.

Yes. I used to cut classes and go with my friends/classmates somewhere and play cards with our allowances. Until one day i was caught and i got grounded and scolded all day and all night. Been punished and been taken out my school allowance.

yes that losing time from my schooling due to gambling happened to me, and that happened because i am enjoying gamble and did not know already the time because of enjoyment and that time is i am winning so i did not expect that it is already late hour for my schooling. gamble is so addictive and risky. Well addiction is the cause for sure. Why would anyone want to gamble so much to the point that you are already getting late for important stuff. Gambling should be a past time and nothing more, it is not something that should rule your world. No one should be so in to it that you lose time for anything else. That is clear signs of an addiction. If anyone is in this situation, the first thing you should do is admit you have an addiction, and then get help.

Only addicts are late from everything in their lives because they give gambling more importance than anything else and this makes them unaware about the responsibilities they have upon them as a member of one family. Due to this gambling, gamblers also become late from every place they are going to because they stop to play only one game at gambling spot but this one game changes into three or four.Yes, most addicts are not time concious and they can easily loose their time at work or at whatever event and run to gamble because it takes a greater part of their lives and they can not live without. It's not limited to addicts alone but most gamblers tend to sneak in and out of work to gamble also.
During my colleges days i often gamble with my friends and sometimes i would skip class just to gamble with them, it took a toll on me when i didnt get enough grades on a class which a often skip, since that day i stop gambling and finish college then find a work and gamble once a month.
It's great you saw it quite early and quit to pursue your studies more seriously because many get entangled between studies and gambling and the weak ones often give up their studies to gamble for money and are often plunged into addiction.

It still depends on the gambler on how he'll manage his gambling addiction. Yes I think it was back when I was in Second Year High School I was so addicted in gambling that almost everyday I would skip the class and just gamble my money,

Yes, before when l used to be a gambler l used to absent on my work because of gambling, we extend 24hours that's why I didn't go for work already. Not just one time but often so I've got fired. It's really memorable to me being a gambler. No time to anything just to gamble.

This is a bad sign, most of the time you can tell that a person is addicted to gambling when their gambling begins to affect their everyday lives, if you cannot function normally due to gambling it is time to think about what you are doing and why, your gambling cannot be more important than your job or family. 
No i did not because i am not really addicted into gambling. Gambling is just a way for me to relax from my daily routine as a mother of 3. In online gambling, i do it usually at night when i put all my kids to sleep already and while waiting for my husband to come home from work.
Well you are a responsible mother, wife and as a gambler because you can control your time, you can control when to play because the first on your list is your kids and your husband and later is the gambling , Some of the people or gambler they will forget their family or kids just to play gambling games. You need not worry? As long as you limit the money and time you have and discipline then you need not worry. But if you can not be disciplined then gambling for anything will be a problem. Gambling to skip work and school is an example of undisciplined gambling. Gambling is not a top priority, gambling should not be a top priority.

Yes l experience it already when l used to be an addict gambler before in my life. Well it's great you are out of addiction but i don't think everyone that looses time at school or work to gamble is an addict but then since we all live in different time zones and we mostly play online these days one is like to loose sleep or any time whatever it might be for to gamble at the designated time of the game. I am speaking in respect of sports betting.
As I am a student my first priority is to pay full attention to my studies and then if I get some time out of my busy schedule as on the weekend or so, I prefer to play the poker or dice game in the nearby casinos and betting money is also limited therefore I am yet safe from losses and depression.
