You could only help yourself on what you did, if you don't want it to happen again, then don't do ever play gambling again. Playing gambling is very risky to the point where you could lose your money(most of it) if you are not going to quit it. Losing in a row in gambling means that you should call it a day and quit it if you don't want to lose any amount of your money anymore.

I do agree on some points which there are really gambling games that can really give chances for us to make money specially on card games and i have seen some people did able to manage to go for long term and making it as a living which is impressive and saying gambling is job then its not on general speaking since this thing is just really being created for the sake of entertainment but there are people who do really treat it as a job since they do able to make money used to live.

Same here, sometimes i use sometimes when i am in college to make some bets and thinking about any game that i made and this is not good, because i should focus in studying and not in gambling or anything else.

Yes, most addicts are not time concious and they can easily loose their time at work or at whatever event and run to gamble because it takes a greater part of their lives and they can not live without. It's not limited to addicts alone but most gamblers tend to sneak in and out of work to gamble also.

Anyone who are late to work because of gambling is the one who lives as a loser. Gambling is basically just a game, so we can not make it a top priority, do not place gambling on the job. Gambling is only to do in your spare time, not in a busy time until it can make you late to work.

Gambling affected our daily life if were become addict because sometimes thru playing of gambling we forget our responsibility. Thru enjoyment in playing we can't notice that the time past that's cause restless, so the tendency were become late in our job on the other day. But I think playing gambling was depends on the people, if they abused playing there's a possibility that the jobs and our money will become lose.

We will suppose that you are addicted to gambling and that you will gamble once or twice per day.
You will take time to analyze the games and think of your bet and pay ...
This proccess will not take over 30 minutes, and I see that gambling everyday is a big loss of money but gambling three times per week is really a good average.
So it is not that hard to manage your time between work/school and gambling.

When I started gambling at first, I was losing concentrations both with school and my part time work.
I really suffered for it.
And it was because I didn't manage the three activities well.
I had to stop gambling just to manage what matters most in my life which is my school and my work.
The problems most people encounter when gambling is not been able to manage gambling and work, family or even school. Most people have suffered some loss because of this. If you can't combine gambling with other activities, it is advisable to stop gambling because not everyone respond well with it.

I think what you are doing is more of a betting type of game as it takes lesser time. It is pretty good that the management of the company you are working with allows you to bet with your fellow co-workers. That time of betting of course can take place anywhere between your short and long breaks or even in-between your free time. While it is possible for you to bet I don't think that going to a physical casino to gamble is a good idea as an 8-hour work day will always take up more than half your day if you added the 1 hour break and your commute going to your office and back to work.

Always prioritize work because it is your source of income.

I know that gambling is really addictive so people can't stop gambling if they do not reach a certain profit. But, in some case, if your greediness wasn't controlled you at that moment, you can easily come out and you can go work on time. For me, I didn't lose any time because I usually manage my time. So after I've done my work, I can go to casinos until night, easy peasy isn't it?

It's all about priority. Basically, what you give time on is what you value more so if you value gambling; it is most likely that the other aspects in your life are compromised and affected accordingly. As a graduating student, the only thing that runs into my mind is to get to that finish line which is why I don't have as much time to give to entertain myself. When the schedule allows and sometimes when I feel like I need to distress, that's when I gamble to release some stress. I guess it's all about self control and priority at the end of the day.
