The week still is not looking bad on difficulty. And coin price is holding pretty well (coindesk http://www.coindesk.com/price/) :

So no big surges really lately on price. But if we can keep difficulty changes in 5 or less with that I will be happy. But I still will admit I cant for the life of me understand February's difficulty changes.

that 3 week period near the Chinese new year holiday had to be a 1 time 1 cent power contract and someone ran s-3's + s -5's while swapping in s-7's
a 3 week jumps can not be variance so it had to be that.
