Is CRYPTOPIA reliable?
Guys. I am thinking of investing into Dimecoin. What makes this coin good and unique? I am confused. Is it fast transaction speeds or maybe another feature? Thanks

Yes old and not premined / ICO scam. The original developers left and the community took over. We just need the required exposure to come to the mainstream. BUY and HODL.

Thanks for your interest mate. I suggest you to buy a good amount of DIME ( You get 1 million of DIME for 3$ only) and hold them for a long time. Don't be tempted to sell for cheap profit. The ongoing development is steady and solid. I expect DIME to generate at least a 100 times return in future.

Iam very happy that some people are bringing some new positive vibrations and ideas to the Forum.
Thank you very much for that work and i cant await the updated Windows Wallet.
After MUE swap i was searching for another alternative Quark coin to mine and i think i find the right one.
it is very interesting to see that the NetHashpower is going higher these days,keep it up and hold the coins!
I hope that the community will grow up big and fast and from today i will follow this coin and forum.

I will test it too tomorrow evening with my Asus 280X. Unfortunately I do not have a modern AMD card at the moment. I do use nvidea 1070 with ccminer at the moment.

...will request it tomorrow. It is on top of my todo-list. VirusTotal detects BitCoin mining software included in most altcoin wallets. This is unfortunate because it means we trigger false positives now. Disregard virus alerts that detect the wallet as “Bitcoin software” or other such nonsense. There is absolutely no virus in the official wallet at http://www.dimecoin.rocks
That is true, and dimecoin was made from bitcoin 8.3 (or something), so it will always get flagged.
If you take out setgenerate true and disable IRC, it might pass.
NB: Virus Total is not a very good source anyway, if you notice the detectors, they are always small unheard of companies, who are too lazy (or see an opening), to remove Bitcoin miner as a virus.
I cannot speak for your wallet as I do not have one, but the original dimecoin source is clean.

@peme, what is the difference between single wallet and paper wallet as I can see in the wallet generator website?
And also I want to know if I send some coin to my paper wallet how do they get deposited in my offline storage? Just curious....are those coins stay in the network and as soon as the private key imported to a online storage, they get deposited?

There is no difference regarding key generation. The paper wallet version is the nicer one for printing.
I do not recommend using the brain wallet. Private keys calculated from passphrases are not as secure as a real random private key. The passphrase could be hackable using brute force with word lists and other tools.
I will upload the paper wallet generator for download too (tomorrow or on monday). Then you can generate paper wallets secure on an offline computer.
As soon as you do a transaction to the public address of your paper wallet, the DimeCoin blockchain is aware of it and the DIME are deposited. You can check this using the public address within the block explorer. When you import you private key into a windows wallet, the blockchain will be rescanned and the balance in you paper wallet will be shown and available for sending.

By the way, I can't find a option anywhere to import my private key in our official DIME Win wallet. Anybody knows how may I import my privatev key into the wallet?
....please use the console within the win wallet. with the command importprivkey you can do it. If your wallet is encrypted you have to unlock it using command walletpassphrase first. Please write me if you need a more detailed help.
