I am interested in becoming part of the DimeCoin Community. I have some very important questions that need to be answered.

1.   Legally how did the community take charge of Dimecoin?

2.   Can the original owner of Dimecoin come in and takeover after all the work the community has done?

3.   Does anyone know who exactly created dimecoin? Perhaps we can contact he or she and ask to have them sign over all rights?

4.   What are the goals and objective of DimeCoin? What purpose or niche will we fill?

5.   How is the community able to take over the website dimecoin.rocks did the inventor of dimecoin give it over. Or is dimecoin.rocks the website name the community invented? What about Dimecoin.com Dimecoin.org or Dimecoin.io The .rocks doesn’t sound professional.

6.   Random question where do you see Dimecoin in one year ….dead? Or at least at 0.10 cent


The price of Dimecoin will rise once cryptocurrency investors have a clear understanding of where the coin is headed I need to know what exactly is the coin going to be used for. I feel like we should follow in the footsteps of bitcoin. And try to get big companies ex paypal, amazon, etc to start accepting the coin. Or peer to peer payment. This will increase the price greatly. In order for a cryptocurrency to be successful, it must first be practical for its intended use. I read this forum , and heard somepeople mention casino. But I think that business strategy would not be a wise one. Too much barriers, we will not be able to easily enter the market. Also I can help create a professional website if needed.

There is in ambition to partner with some gaming companies, that will use DIME as the currency for their gaming environment. Discussions are underway but don't know how much progress has been made.

Hi together I am new here..

A friend told me about Dimecoin. I am reading here a lot and I know that kind of a rebranding is going on.
I hope that Dime will rise. I have also invested a little bit. The cool thing for me, that it is yet really unknown. So I hope to be here on time an see it go to the moon.

But I allow myself also to be a little critical. So I would love to hear from somebody who is in the core team, if you could tell me little bit more about DIME.

1. There is a big amount of DIME around. OK. But to which decimal can you split it? For ex. BTC you can go down to 1 Satoshi.
How is it with DIME? Because a lot of people tell, there is only 21 Million Bitcoin. But if you consider that you can spend also 0.00000001 BTC, there are actually about 4 quadrillion Satoshis.

2. What do you think will make DIME go 10x / 100x or 1000x in the future? New website, new design, new team, new ideas maybe?

3. What is it that makes DIME special. Everybody here is talking that it is specila because of the big amount. But hey, aren't there coins around with similar ideas? Ripple for example? Tell me if I am wrong

4. Can you mine Dime? Which technic? Are people right now actually mining it?

5. What upcoming ideas do you have for 2018?

6. Who is actually working on DIME? Dev. Team?

Dimecoin is perfect the way it is. We need to keep focusing on the community, that's where the true value is. Plus we have something doge doesn't have. We truly have a set number of coins and the mining will soon half again . As we grow the community dime would be a coin that everyone would want to have.

@devs  a proof of burn algorithm might help reduce the circulating number of coins in the future and help the price to rise up again. What do you think guys?

New wallet is done. Will be released with website relaunch. Old wallet is safe. Virus alerts are false positives because of IRC, which has been removed in the new wallet.

I bought 10 million only to realize that it has 538 billion. This is just too much and will create liquidation problem. It will be like those dimes sitting all over your floor, shelves, under the bed and those people dropped on the street, and nobody care to pick up and the only time you need to use it is when you are in a store that sell  goods with .99 cents items (even many stores these days do not care to charge less than 5 cents).

They should update the number of coins they have in circulation which does not mean that they are all mined and that they are in the currency market.
