Altcoins will grow for sure, in spite of governments (banks) trying to discourage and wanting to get hold and control. But of course there should be some kind of regulations. Bitcoin has already proofed that there's no stopping these developments.

Yes, they do have a future. But only if the coin is actually working and being used.
That is the single most important thing to consider in alternate cryptos.
Bitcoin is no problem anymore because people are doing business using it but when it comes to alts,
which have different uses, it really matters whether the coin is working or not.

Yes, I believe that some altcoins have a really bright future ahead as these coins have a wonderful development team. I think ETHEREUM, NEO and OMG are coins which will surely show an amazing growth in future.

Some will, most not. Its the same as the .com boom, so much over priced junk but the tech is good so some will succeed.

I do agree. No one knows the future of Altcoin with 100% Grantee.

You need to do a lot of market re-search and still the risk of losing money is there.

every coin I think has good potential if its dev gives meaning to investor.
so too with alcoin, I think there is a lot of future for it. but depending on a certain coin, of course there are those who do not have the same forefront. it is due to the absence of the organizer company and does not attract investors.

There are many altcoins out there, and some of them might even have a bright future ahead of them. I still think investing in them longterm is a risky strategy, so I mostly trade in and out of them with the intention of ultimately boost my BTC portfolio.

Altcoins really have future as now a days many new coins introduced in the market with good project and well qualified team behind them. If you do a proper study and select a good coin with solid project and team, you get good income in long term. Many coins which were introduced last year in very low price are now giving huge income to the holders of that coins.

A lot altcoins had and will be supporting the needs from the world, like marketing, social, energy as much more others areas where crypto can achieve, sure a lot coins will die into the next years, as several shitcoins has been live without anything to offer besides pump and dump. Nowadays those coins get no investment, since investors are investing in the general into coins with potencial and real value and something to bring to crypto.

I believe that there will  be some coins with real world  Smiley in the future, but fiat will not disappear by itself , people should be changing thier thinking Cheesy
I think it is impossible if the true digital currency is born into the real world I think everyone will move using coin and fiat will die.
fiat hard to die because many gov want control their country by fiat money system. with blockchain they can't control anything
first fiat will not die because cryptocurrency becomes popular, even cryptocurrency would die if the government wanted it, fiat (local currency) will remain alive because every government in every country will definitely defend their local currency from the threat of foreign currency (Cryptocurrency). we all know that the digital era will happen in the future, and altcoin will become popular but it does not mean fiat will die, fiat will also definitely evolve according to the needs of the times

Though there are many challenges to cryptocurrency by Govt, It's really booming up and day by day users are becoming more and more.  This indicates the true value behind the crypto systems. The system is and has been developed proving it's security standard. Crypto may rule the future.

I believe Bitcoin has a future in long term. It proved itself in the past years and it is getting widely popular. It just has a transaction fee problem atm.

What about the altcoins? Who does use them for real? Will people use them in the future for real purpose?

I only have a hope for ethereum and litecoin, but not for the rest. I am not even sure for eth and ltc.

If bitcoin solves the reansaction fee and time problem, I doubt eth and ltc even have a future.

Yes, they do.
Even if Bitcoin manages to resolve the transaction fee problems, there are still many dramas that pop up over time and people get confused as well as scared that on which side they should go. BCH got released out of a fork and so is Bitcoin Gold going to take place in November. Do we really need these forks to sort out the problems? No.
There are many altcoins which already have these fee and block problems settled way before, so I think they don't need to be underestimated.

most of altcoins might die soon because of its unfamiliarity with the community as well as the effort of its team. I believe the only crypto that has a bright future will be the bitcoin and etherium since it has not go down 50% below in the past months but other cryptos go beyond that.

There are so many shitty altcoins, most part of them exactly have no future because its just a scam and looks like  "gold-rush" in 19th century. But i belive in BTC and ETH, in my opinion only this two have a future. Howewer a can be wrong and some others altcoins will have a future.
