I think, the fall and rise of altcoin prices is hard to predict. so, selling or holding depends on your beliefs. in which case you must have a strategy, whether you are investing long term or short term. and my advice do not waste your money by selling your assets at the time the price falls, at least do not worry wait until the price returns.

Yes all altcoins now are at a low price then why should we sell it now when it's not profiting. The best we can do now is to still hold our altcoins, we should wait until it recovers at the market. I think you are the one who can answer that because it depends on what you believe in and what you are aiming for. If you are not after for a long term investment and you need a money right now or you feel that the altcoin is not good to hold, then it's your call if you would like to sell them all.

NO! Don't sell your alts for bitcoin. If btc will reach $20k, alts will rise also. Come to think of it, if you sell all your alts now, do you think you will have more than 1 BTC? If you have good alts to hold, just let them in your wallet. They will gain more profit than converting them to BTC. Altcoins have a more percentage of increase than bitcoin, so better hold the good coins you have and sell those shit coins. Altcoin is the key to success.
I dont think you need to sell alts, because even if bitcoin will reach 20k , all alts will go up too with him.

For me the price of bitcoin can pump again and i think bitcoin price can pump up to $30k this year so my advice is you should buy more bitcoin, but holding a good altcoins like ethereum, eos is also a good strategy so i dont think you need to sell all of your altcoin.
