Yes and No.... I hoard some as an investment for the future, but the rest I spend when need be. My preferred payment method for gambling is bitcoins. Reason being I get to keep my winnings in btc, I don't lose much, and I don't win much either. So it makes no big difference to my balance. And for now ( the past one year), most of my savings are in bitcoins. I bought @ $200/250. So you can imagine my excitement with the current price rise. If I decide to sell now, I won't have done badly, but Il hold for now. There is not much to spend btc on for now anyways, but this could change soon.

im saving up my bitcoins too right now and even though i spend some of it i hold the mostim not spending a lot of it because i know that the price will not start dumping all at once, if it will start falling i might sell
Have to say that I really spend my bitcoins very actively seeking investment opportunities, as well as the occasional gamble with the money. Probably every day I make a transaction with BTC.

Yes spending actively today is not really recommended, because you are buying the things in high price because the price now are very high.
So, you just need to wait until the price of bitcoin gets stable from a range and after that if you think that is now stable in a range price.
Then go back to spend actively again.

I have not been spending my bitcoins the past few days, in anticipation of another surge coming. One can't be blamed for just holding, because the way the price moves, it is the wisest thing to do at the moment. With the increasing demand from the Chinese market, we might see the price go up further and that is another reason for me to just hold and buy when I have the budget to do so.

Well you gotta be put some limitations in active spending of your bitcoins with gambling, yes it is very convenient but the thing is it might run out your bitcoins because of being an active spender to it. No problem if you are going to spend it on other things that you need.

I actively spend my bitcoins on investments of any kind like mining, hyip gambling but most of it converted to cash to provide my family needs. Bitcoin for me is a secondary source of funds. I want to save my funds but i want to spend it to earn more bitcoins thats business.

Yeah need to be careful mate, as we don't know whether price will increase or decrease at the time of halving so we need to play smart and grab each and every opportunity to earn profits.
