I am in now way against death penalty. But what I am concerned about is the method with which the execution is carried out. Usage of electrocution, drugs and the likes is inhumane and should be frowned at.
When someone is guilty and has been sentenced to death, execution should be done in a way that the person is not made to pass through some hardships dying.

I most certainly agree with death penalty. I’m not forgetting that it is the higher power of God that made is and it’s the one that’s gonna take it away. However, what about those criminals who killed a lot of people, those criminals who made their victims suffer brutally, those who did inhumane things. Do they deserve to live after that?

I'm not in favor of Death penaly because everyone has the right to life. God only decides if one should die. Because our god created all of us. There is no such thing as a bibliography that can kill a person when it is totally guilty of many. It is said that it is bad to kill fellow human beings. I'm in favor of what you said but in our time today the person who makes the law. Sometimes the person is pathetic, but I'm not in favor of death penalized for those who have committed a lot of sin. Some people have sinned and have not changed and because they repeatedly commit sin? the court decides that death will lead the person suspect of crimes. But people should not commit a crime so they will not be punished.

No I don't agree in death penalty because everyone deserves second chance,as long as they are willing to change, they should be allowed a second chance.It is only fair by killing them that they won't change anything.
I strongly agree in the imposition of death penalty but only for heinous crime like murder,rape kidnapping with extortion,etc and that the accused have been proven guilty without reasonable doubt that he is really the one.Sentencing them to death is necessary so that criminals will have second thought of doing such crimes, it will also act as a deterrent for them to stop and for them to think that the law or the government is really serious in implementing the death penalty.
I don't support the death penalty because it is not nearly humane at all. A big thing here is that two wrongs do not make a right, which is absolutely correct. People change, they make better decisions and they change their frames of mind all the time. In many cases, the penalized human is innocent. Why would you want to take the risk of killing an innocent person because you think that they are guilty? You must give people a chance to change who they are before you make an immediate assumption.

I can't say if I agree ether disagree. We humans god created us and making us alive with our fullest. But I can't say I agree but a part of it because if there is no death penalty other people will harass the law and also they will not afraid of laws because it just imprisonment
I really will not have agree with death penalty, but for the purpose of rehabilitating the criminals and try to change their orientations for life, but based on what God says about all authorities here on earth is to be obeyed.It then mean that we are to be guided by the laws of the land, so as to be a good citizen, and to obey all constituted Authorities. In a situation where some people then go into crime, deliberate Robbery and killing of innocent soul, gang Raping and even killings, when the arm of the law catch up with such Criminals that have shed innocent blood knowingly and deliberately, the law will then take its cause. Yes, I agree with capital punishment. Capital punishment is extremely necessary. We should take these people out back and let their victims or victims family beat them to death. I disagree. Because we need to give a chance for a person to change him or herself. If death penalty were passed, there would be some person who are not really a suspect who would be killed.
If someone is committing a petty crime such as robbery or fraud, then he can be given another chance to reform himself. But on the other hand, hard core criminals who engage in violent crimes such as murder, rape and home invasions almost never change. I definitely agree with death penalty. Criminals who did a very bad thing like massive killing or brutal killing should all be gone in this world. If they know how to take a life then they must know how to be taken life away from them.
