yeas,death penalty is urgent for the maintenance of social sound. it keeps the evil men in fear.
I believe that we just borrow our lives from God. And He is the only one who have right to take them away from us.
Yes only God can take our life because God created us. So i think i don't agree on death penalty only God give punishment to those people have sin. Well, then where has God been all those times when innocent people were killed by a bloody murderer?
And if only God can take our lives, why doesn't he just punish the people who take other people's lives?
I feel like God is non-sense: He makes no sense.

But if anybody intentionally cause an innocent person to be executed, let that person be slowly tortured to death for his crime.

No. I don't only God is able to judge! 
Agree, but only for those who are crazy maniacs and only in those countries where the legal system is working good. In some countries it's really corrupted, so innocent people could be sentenced to death.

I' am favor for the death penalty but only for those heinous crimes that has been committed because those grave offenses are inhumane in nature and should be punish with that penalty in order for others to avoid committing such crimes.
Lock them up in a real bad place for life, one that makes them wish for a death penalty. Problem solved.

i agree on death penalty to the people commit the crimes but if innocent people frame up and sentence to death i think that a mistake i suggest to re investigate again
I do not think that the death penalty is a good punishment. I believe that this is a crime, the number of killers in the world does not change. But at the same time, I do not understand how it is possible to give such a huge amount of money for the maintenance of a person in prison until the end of his days, and this can be dozens of years. It is difficult to say how best to proceed. I would offer hard work in exchange for the death penalty until the end of the days of the guilty. Let him pay his debt to society, work, than he will just sit for many years.
Setting aside my religious belief, i totally agree with death penalty, i believe it gives justice to the victim and makes people think twice before committing crime, though it needs to have a proper investigation first, after all were talking about life.
Let's see what mistakes are made. if in my place the person who uses or circulates the drugs will be punished by death. and I strongly agree on the punishment, if only the corruptors were sentenced to death as well.
I'm totally in death penalty. In some case extend patients life only make them more hurt and his family too.

I very much agree with the death sentence of an offender. The death penalty is very worthy of him. I am sure that people will agree with this opinion because no one wants their loved ones to be killed by someone.
Agreed. The minimum mandatory punishment for first-degree murder should be death sentence. But I want the criminal to be tortured before he is executed, especially if he had done the same to his victim. Death penalty is an effective punishment. But many a times I think that it is not harsh enough. The perpetrator is not made to suffer.

I'm not infavor of death penalty. God is the only ONE we can take our life. Life of the people our not in our hand we cannot take that away from them because we only borrow this life to our savior Jesus Chrisylt and HE have the power to take it from us. Dont put the judgement in our hands.
For some extreme cases yeah it is needed but other than that I would say not really. It is hard to say the live of somebody whose mind is corrupt and insane should be murdered because they almost have no ability to feel or
think about what they done is supremely wrong. That is why this is a tough question but if somebody was in their sane mind admitted their guilt and laughed about it then yeah that person deserves to get wasted no doubt!

There is some people that commit crime and deserve the death penalty but some people just accused that done a crime but didn't. We need to analyze the situation and decide weather the person deserve a death penalty or not, but i'm totally agree with death penalty. Jump to:
