I am totally disagree to borrow money for gambling because it is too much dangerous to chase loses and try to recover them is most dangerous to do this gambling.
I don't agree with that but I am a little flexible on the concept and I think it depends on the person.
For me that does not make sense because I only gamble what I can afford to lose, so I can't borrow because that means I don't have that money so I can't afford to lose what I don't have.
But in the case of someone very skillful in poker or sports betting, which could lead into professional gambling then I think it would be ok. that is not for me because I don't have the required skill.

I think many of the gamblers even when they don't have money for gambling but they barrow money for gambling. Do you agree on this?
I do not agree, because if you borrow and you experience continuous defeats this very danger.Yes that is correct. One can gamble for fun or in small amount vocationally if he/she got some extra money then they can try their luck but gambling with borrowed money is quite danger because if they lose the bet then they will be in big problem. First off all do not have money for them self and later they also need to pay interest for the borrowed money as well.

To borrow money for gambling is the worst thing that could ever happen. Well, one ofthe worst things anyway. Not only you shouldn't borrow money for gambling, you shouldn't even gamble more than 5% of your monthly income and that is if you are gambling once per month.

Yes I also do not recommend for loans just for gambling.
It will pressurize you to do more gambling out of your determined schedule. Both trading and gambling needs lots of dedications and a proper well developed plan. but with a borrowed money you will breach your own terms.
There is people that has an income as backup to cover small loans,what you should not trust so much is for more than 1 btc,if you are someone with good reputation,but oh well,all depends of trust.

yes people do this. i did this myself, but i knowed that i will get my salery so i was sure that i am able to pay back. a lot of ppl dont care about payback. check the lending section. tons of threads were newbies asking for no collateral loans. i myself know a few ppl that have a gambling problem.

It depends on the person, some people borrow more money from friends and family, some people just don't play anymore and some people go to work and gamble only their earned money.
I don't think they can repay their loan if they borrow money from you for gambling. Usually they will end up with lose after they borrow money from others. But personally I don't have problem with them as long as they can return 100% of my money.

I think it is not normal because in gambling no one guess what will happen. I don't see any necessary to gamble with borrowed money even though one can pay back later stage. First off all one do not have money to bet so he/she already in trouble but why want to take some more trouble by borrowing money for gambling?

Yes, but in poker you have better odds of winning; I think OP is talking about all sorts of gambling.
It really depends on where they gamble and how skilled they are; if they gamble at poker, it's pretty common, but lending someone money to gamble at dice, etc. is an almost guaranteed loss for the person who lends them the money.

whether ppl borrow money to gamble or pay for something else does it matter? long as that person pays back the money can be used for whatever IMO. just be careful whom you loan to and get collateral and youll be fine
it is just like business man trying to borrow money from bank to setup a shop. it is also a form of risk. It is just that gambling is a super high risk of losing everything.
