I don't need an "Imaginary friend" to (think that) protects me, gives me hope and purpose. I don't need something imaginary to give me a purpose in my life. I find it stupid.

No, you don't need imaginary but true, real friend.
You don't need imaginary but true, real father.
You don't need hope or purpose but salvation of your life.
Do you think that you are creator or created being?
If you are created being than you need creator, god.

Sometimes, imagining a true real friend helps you to be one yourself.
Sometimes, imagining a true real father helps you to be one yourself.
Sometimes, imagining hope and purpose helps you to be exactly that.
Sometimes, imagining a creator helps you to be one yourself.

I believe in God.
In my opinion, human need something BIGGER than himself/herself to hope for.
Without hope, we have no purpose in life.
God is where to go either when we sad or happy.
Besides human always longing to know who is his/her creator.

Bible is the key to be in God's way.

But science DOES prove the existence of God. Peruse these links, and then back it up with Internet searches:
  Huh Huh Huh

Cool

we can't prove with science the existence of God. known for his we have to believe and accept the existence of.

religious books of the prophets we must believe in the last day. Smiley
Lol! If science cannot prove the existence of God then why do you conclude that we should believe in him? Maybe Vice versa. Until it is proved that it is impossible to believe in it.

Who created the heavens and the earth? Who created the Man? This could not be all coincidence, I believe that God exists

Let's suppose you're right, God exists and created everything that exists

Why is God allowing people to destroy everything He created?

Why is God allowing wars and murders?

Why does God hide Himself?

Why does not God send his angels on earth to prove their existence?

You do not think that if a single angel came to earth and proved the existence of heaven, god, jesus, maria and so much, everything would be easy... why is it so difficult?

How can you believe in something that does not exist? I think it's stupid. Actually, I believe that those who believe in God is stupid people.

I totally agree. See that many people do atrocities, kill, steal rape children and continue to go to church and speak of God as if nothing had happened.

The church has always been a real joke.

I believe in a greater power source which I call 'God', but not in the form or manifestations generally spouted about in religious stories.

Maybe we were raised by aliens?

Multiverse is infinite and there 99.99% chance that there is an entity out there that has power comparable to god. Would you worship him if he/she is in your front?

Do you believe in god? If you do, why do you believe? (give a few reasons)

Well, those beautiful view on earth such as Pacific oceans, or sea, mountains, plants and tree, animals in land and sea, and all planets outside the earth was created by God. Which man can't do it, only by Him the almighty One in heaven, So yes! I believed as well that there is God. Smiley

Actually, the Atlantic and Indian oceans offer stunning panoramas themselves with huge waves breaking unto the shore. As to "God" (when I use 'God' it can always be assumed in brackets since I sometimes forget to use it, since "God" is a construct to me). As to speaking of "create" - another loaded term people just automatically associate with "God", if you would like to know what is going on in this particular universe, it is all processes, and we ourselves are a part of multiple ongoing processes , but with the exception that we can create in the true sense of the word. Look at the whole wide world around you (except nature itself - also only a part of the processes as mentioned) and observe with awe what human creators have accomplished!

Soon we will observe what the human hands have done. And in fact we practically destroyed the planet and at the same time feeling great.

You must be thinking DeathStar here, I'm sure. Haha, we can't touch earth - in the final analysis. Humans are smaller than specs on this almost ageless Hercules of a Earth. It withstood (and will do so for many ages to come) so much more than even you can imagine, or any human that ever lived ever will. Lol.

This very sentence you are reading now should remind you of the creative prowess of human ingenuity!

How can you believe in something that does not exist? I think it's stupid. Actually, I believe that those who believe in God is stupid people.

Atheism says that God does not exist. But nobody has been to the constellation Orion to see if God is there or not. Nobody has been inside the earth to see if God is there or not. This means that nobody knows for sure that God DOESN'T exist. Because of this, atheism doesn't exist even though a bunch of people think and say that it does.

Cool
This is a false belief. So you can think of anything. Religion claims not only that God exists, but that he manages people. What if you ask he will help. This is a real hype. How can you believe in such nonsense? That is why atheism is not a religion but a statement of fact.

So, explain how you know that God doesn't exist somewhere that you haven't examined, yet. I say you are just guessing that He doesn't exist.

Since you won't be able to come up with reasonable proof that God doesn't exist, and you probably won't really be able to come up with any proof at all, your atheism is just words, but if you are really trying to believe it, a religion.
