Most of them are Jews-owned, or leftist-owned, and so are just pure propaganda. Some nice medias are not controlled. They're all from far-right.
That's so not true, The media is owned by liberal minded bigots and this was very apparent during the USA elections last year, when they all tried to ruin the Trump campaign due to their lies and ended giving so much free airtime to the extent that he actually won the election. They are still currently trying to undermine his presidency without even giving him time. The news is definitely rigged just like the DNC primaries last year.

Not quite. Certain things I'll believe like the weather and the occurrence of natural disasters for example. But when it comes to opinions, I've got those too. I learned before this whole trump fiasco that the media has no interest in being honest, though various journalists might be. GamerGate was a good example, the media dog-piled a group fighting for ethics and trying to end corruption in that very same media.

they all are reporting an agenda.
If it doesn't pass the 5 W's it's propaganda or just plain bad reporting.

Or do you think media is independent ?

It is pretty obvious that media is not independent. Media is manipulated by some evil forces like shadow governments , terrorists organisations etc. Some evil forces want media make news on the behalf of them and as a result of this brutal reality , media becomes independent .

Or do you think media is independent ?

Media shows some video so it is yours if you believe or not. Some media shows their opinion so it is neither wrong or right.  I believe to media but i dont have a time to watch or read some news.

It may be truth for official newspapers, official TV news etc.
Now, we are in the Internet age and any person can be the source of news.
You can start your own blog and share your news and inform others Smiley
So, if you wants, you can find many independent news now.

Or do you think media is independent ?
Nowadays, we can't trust media anymore because they are not vocal, they segregate some information. Others get paid by politics, and some are bias and subjective. Now, all I can do is to read an articles, different articles because it is better than watching news that I really don't know if true or not.

Or do you think media is independent ?

Well, whether news or media they are both manipulators, they freely create a story whatever agenda they have. And not all news are true, they can reverse and change the real story. I think only 25% is the average of truthfullness then the rest are all lied. In short, they are bias.

Old topic, but which deserves to be revived.
NO! Never believe in the mainstream news! Either they are inaccurate and deceptive, or they are irrelevant!

Never.  Especially if it came from the Philippines.  Super fabricated and out of context.  The truth has always been shaded by bad intentions.

You can kind of trust the news because its not trustworthy in exactly the same way all the time, once you clearly understand the bias its still news you just just have to translate the truth out of it.

you can trust that its always biased towards the same views.. is what I think you are saying yes?

A lot of the news is for entertainment purposes now a days, rather than real news.

yeah, When i read the newspaper or watch the news, I almost never take it as facts, kind of entertainment programme more. Lately tho, I barely buy the newspapers or watch news on tv, if something important happens I'll find it out from any other sources for sure.

I form an opinion on this or that issue only after receiving the information from different sources. I am interested in the views of independent experts. Any source of the media lies to some extent. It is true for all different.

News are written by men, and men cannot be absolutely neutral. I wouldn't trust any big media as they are usually financed either by larger companies or political parties.
