Most news stations, especially now, tend to over exadurate their stories and go for entertainment, instead of strait important news and events.

Mainstream media is controlled by the luciferian network. It's only purpose is to spread lies and control the population.

the political, control what the news channels do, in my country the news channels (radios, TV and newspaper) public, are controlled by the government and lie all the time, I did not lose my time watching the public news channels of my country . i watch private channels, read private newspapers and read the internet news.

Not at all because sometimes media exaggerate some news so that it will have more interesting not knowing that it creates problem in two parties just like in our country. Sometimes also media used by oligarch persons for there own interest in the society to get favor by them. That is only I hate in media.

All news outlets and all media in general is owned by 6 mega conglomerate corporations. There is clearly a bias and it's real! The only you can trust, is exactly how

It depends on where I hear or saw it.  If I saw it on the web or on facebook, I should look to internet and make research as to its authenticity.  Many news especially if it was brought up on social media are sometimes hoax.  Can be make up and pictures were beautifully photo shopped.

If I saw it on broad sheets and it was showed on television then I may believe.

If its in broad sheets and television, it maybe true but I believe the media is still controlled so the news that they published and showed has still some restrictions and they can only show what the bosses wanted the people to know and sometimes you will only the truth behind it in the social media because netizens have no leash unlike the broadcasters who have superiors that they should follow to keep their jobs.

Obviously they don't lie when reporting actual events such as plane crashes, earthquakes, etc but most reports on social, economic and political matters most times subject to opinion, bias, spin and/or distortion.
Editors can influence public opinion as much by what they DON'T report as what they actually print -so along with TV and radio they can minimise/maximise the importance or relevance of any particular 'story'.
In a democratic, free society, a free press is essential - to avoid vested interests (big business, politicians etc) hoodwinking the population with a constant series of lies and disinformation, as happens under totalitarian regimes in which dictatorships and one-party states heavily censor the news and prohibit criticism of the rulers.
As with all other aspects of freedom, one expects an underlying code of responsibility but in news reporting it's impossible (and arguably undesirable) to eradicate all bias and spin. FOX NEWS, for example, is virtually a propaganda mouthpiece for Republican 'principles' - with little to ever say in support of Obama and the Democrats. It therefore cannot be relied upon for expressing objective, detached views on current events, given half a chance to have a sideswipe at Obama.
But that's no bad thing provided other channels are free to express opposing views. It's for the audience to be intelligent enough to realise they are being given a slanted view of events - and seek out, consider alternative views.
So, whilst Fox News jokers persistently claim 'No spin here !" blah, blah, viewers ought to have a healthy level of scepticism as to whether they are being fed the unsullied truth - or a version dictated by vested interest groups.

Yes, because nowadays it is hard to believe the news that we saw on the internet.  Mostly were edited and were made to attract attentions and to trend.  I just believe on the news if it were shown on television and if it came from reputable network.

It depends. I only watch news that give “only facts” if the announcer gives his/her opinion I switch channels.

“Only Facts” example: An earthquake happened in India one thousand death, three thousand missing

“Opinion” example: An earthquake happened in India one thousand death, three thousand missing and I think bla bla bla ad infinitum

Yeah i believe them as long as it benefits me. I am not a moron though. I know they lie %50 of the time. So it benefits me only %50 of the time, that means i don't believe half of the words they say. If you don't believe them %100 of the time or do the opposite, you will cause more damage to yourself.
What kind of damage would it create anyway today's news doesn't have much truth in them at all even if they do they create a kind of chaos. Maybe you're familiar about how the world war did took place.

Media isnt objective in my country i can see but there are independent media and they shows real news  because of i can belive news but not all news .
What kind of country you do live in that is not specified, and maybe the reason is that such country doesn't exist anymore you're on the fantasy that the
media shows real news which in my perspective is a bluff full of nothing because there are logical reasons why the following is not a truth and that is the current money minded world where news is not for the people its only for money for some conservatives those who own such medias where they exercise maximum power out of nowhere.
