I buy coin that are newly listed!  Every new coin will not make it to the cryptocurrency market but the newly listed coin will get lots of I'll interest in the first twenty four hours.  During these hours you can make good profit!

Why not? Previously bitcoin is also a new coin, then it grows as strong as it is now. If you do not give the coin a chance, then how can more money come to us?

There is nothing wrong with new coins. What is not advisable is buying new coins without even doing proper research. Successful cryptocurrency coins such as bitcoin and ethereum started very low,  but look at these coins now.  So early holders of bitcoin are really rich now. Thus, choose the right new coins.

Pardon me, I'm just a newbie when it comes to all this trading stuff. I just got curious on the field of trading and have checked out in CMC recently launched coins, top gainers and losers. My question is, do you usually buy new coins then set your target sell? Or do you just buy from top losers then keep an eye on it?
Thanks for all the responses...
if I buy new coins I usually buy those that have entered the coinmarketcap exchange and determine the price target. I don't sell coins when the target price has not been reached, so I think this is something that might be used as a benchmark to get profit from new coins

What I'm doing is I see the keep on eye on the top 5-10 losers in the exchange then I'm keeping an eye on them. I use indicators so that I know when will I buy or when I will sell. Although this requires risk because the coins might go lower than your buying price.

I don't usually buy new coins, perhaps it depends on its value. My basis on buying coins is I look always for the cheap price it has but the volume was high. If that's the case I won't hesitate to buy that coins, but new coins just like what you've been asking is hard to do it, because its too risky.

I usually don't, but when a project really catches my attention, I'm sure to follow it closely up until the point that it goes live in the markets and see whether there is substantial volume for it then I buy and trade for a little while. With all the new tokens and coins popping up here and there, it's hard to find a gem that has a solid dev team and community nowadays, and at best, your funds would only be diversified in a few coins that performs well. If you can't handle multiple coins at once, it's best to just focus on one coin and just learn the market movements and the rest is profit.

Before you deal with this, its better to know those coins first new coins have potential to deliver good profits but also have a big risk behind, unlike top coins where the graph can guide you if the project is on its dip or its rising so high, CMC can be a source of information but likewise it can also be manipulated by a artificial pumped coming from the whales, you should study first the assets that you are aiming to invest and know how things will
progress and if the said project is good for long or short term process.

Do not make a mistake of trying to use coinmarketcap to look for top losers to end up just picking any coin, in that case you may just end up with a shit coin. There is one thing with consistency when it comes to trading, in terms of what you trade as well as the strategy you make use of.

Personally, I only have 40 potential coins on my list as a long term trader and even if I will have to add more in the long run, I would never hold more than I can handle and the most I will ever go with would be 50 to 60.

Now, it is easy for me being a long term trader, I do not have to keep monitoring the markets every day, I have my alert on ground for stop loss, I look at price actions on candles as well as momentum to get into any of them if I see it looks good, and I have been making a lot. It is just to have a good strategy and just picking any coin you like.

I bought a new coin but it was a big dump. because a great opportunity can come from it. the average new coin will dump 50% to 200% dump. and it's an opportunity to make a profit quickly. on other coins I buy when prices sell very much and make a red candle 3 or 4 jumps.

I can't buy the new Altcoins at this time because the market is very bad and has not recovered. I can only buy the coins on the coinmarketcap floor for the safest.I will wait for time and the crypto market go up again.

I still do not know when the market will stabilize again. So now I do not dare to risk buying a new penny. I do not want to lose more money. Although I know if boldly can succeed and get rich if the price of the coins rise. But I was too nervous to wait.
All investors are thinking together with you. This market is in a very difficult period and any investment will be very risky when investing. I think we will have to wait a long time and hope the market can enter the uptrend period as this is going to be the time when people can directly earn the most profits and the whale will be pioneer in this

I am a person who has just learned about trading and I think it is too risky to buy new coins because we don't know how the coin is developing and I might not dare to take that risk

It depends  on coins. Every single one should be thoroughly analysed. And only then, the decision is taken.

Do not forget about risks, my friend. Analysis do not protect you from them, no way.

I don't suggest you to buy the new launched crypto currencies when you are just new to the trading because when there is not enough data to analyse how the coin will be effect the market which leads to great risk and most of the time you may lose your investment. So better trade with the coins which is top in the list of coinmarketcap.

Indeed. Things can go messy if you start investing into the fresh coins. They might be listed on some exchangers but over the time it could happen that they turn out to be scammers or many of them just die off due to zero trading volume. Also most of the coins which are new these days are just here to scam us so it would be better to take this advice and think twice before making any progress. I guess for newbie focusing on the top 100 or even at safer side trading with top 50-60 coins is always advisable. At least these coins will not make you suffer badly if they go in bear trend as they have potential to recover themselves.
