Currently not buying , I have enough and top 100 coins , I think coins are less liquid and the chance that a Scam will be higher!
I do not think that this will be enough, I will say a torment, because in most cases, many people think that tokens or non-top 100 coins will not grow, but I think they will, because it will be necessary for the market.

I can see your good point here mate, we can't always be sure that those non top 100 coins will not grow. But for sure, we should check the actual website of every coins in order for us to determine how strong is that crypto we're investing of. Some cases even though a certain coin doesn't belong to those top, as long as it has a good and active community it still have a very good potential to rise and attract more traders to invest.

After trading on signals, I decided not to trade, I lost about 10% of the deposit, I realized that there are big risks and inaccuracies. A part of the deposit was invested in the altcoins from the top of the list, but the project Sele, which is not in the top 100.

Investing in cryptocurrency is always a big risk. Coins from the non top 100 can grow in value more, but when the market correction their price drops more. In my profile there are coins from 4 hundred coinmarketcap

There was a time when I only bought coins/tokens from outside of the top 100. Usually, I found interesting coins from top 200 to top 500. But that time was before 2017 October - everything was still green and the crypto hype was filling the news and every corner of the Internet. To be honest, you couldn't really lose if you didn't sell before January 2018. Right now I think that the right thing to do IS to buy coins/tokens form Top 100 - the coins there are more known and liquidity is quite high.

I only bought ethereum and of course it was included in the top 100 coins, because I was a bounty hunter so I only bought altcoins that I could use to pay for transactions when I sold coins that I got from the bounties I followed so the answer was I never buy altcoins below the top 100

Yes, I buy these coins and actively trade them. It seems to me that these coins are not as dangerous to buy as less popular coins.

People shouldn't rely on the ranking from coinmarketcap but the white paper. And Yep, if the crypto has a good white paper why not? I did it with Horizen, it wasn't in the top 100, 1 year later it's on the top page. But as I said the project itself is what matters. The tech, the tem, the WP,...
I did with few other coins as well Ark, XVG

Of course there are good coins that are not yet included in the top 100 , I think if you find a worthy project why not unestimate ? I think the risks are exactly the same as in the top 100
I think there are more risks, and you should have good experience to evaluate the project and investment so that you can get some income. I think that a newbie is better to invest in a top project.

Hey guys, do you buy altcoins which are not top 100 of Coinmarketcap? Isn’t it risky to invest in them? Want to hear your opinion!

There are some great ones outside the top 100, equally there is some rubbish within the top 100.
In general the top coins are more likely to be a success, largely because of the success they've already achieved - but buying a top 100 coin isn't by any means a guarantee that it's good.

There are over thousands of altcoins, and even shit coins can be profitable. It actually depends on your purpose, if you are investing for a short-term purpose or not. Some coins are just pumped that is why they are profitable, and there are a lot of altcoins that are in the coinmarketcap that can still be profitable.

Now I definitely will not buy who are not included in the top, since they have little chance to stay afloat during the current crisis.

I am not a professional investor, I do not have a team of analysts who would be able to evaluate the project. Therefore, I do not risk buying coins that are outside the top 100. But at the beginning of the year I took a chance and bought Pac. It was a time when market capitalization was breaking records. I was lucky and started a coin pump, it grew 10 times. I earned it, but it's just luck.

You think the altcoin in the top 100 will never scam? with me, all altcoin can scam at any time. And we will never make much of a profit if we choose safe investments. Sometimes we have to try with risk

Yes I have tons of none top 100 coins because there are many of those coins that haven't make it to top 100 and they are very good coins and they are still so cheap and mostly they are new coins ,an example is holo ,holo is still very cheap and not on the top 100 list ,sarpien too. E.t.c

Tons of them? What for? Have you heard about the so-called shitcoins that will die soon and give you nothing? I refer to deal with the altcoins from top-100 and the tokens

Yes i do buy cryptocurrencies that are not listed in the top 100s or 200s but i certainly buy cryptocurrencies that are under the radar. I even buy cryptocurrencies that are not yet listed on the market in the form of ICO investments. But of course, i have to make sure that these cryptos have great potential to grow.
