I believe that altcoins are not included in top - ten times more promising than the ETH or BTC. The Etheera project will be able to kick off very many large projects.
Yes i am buying lots of coins which is not located in top 100. Always i like to invest in low market cap coins. Because they can be more profitable in next bull market. But you need to choose good projects. You know cmc have 2k coins. You have too many choices and you need to choose right one.
Coins with good market cap and good rankings are set for going long and holding.But coins having low rank(out of 100) sometimes seems risky.But there have been some good projects which had really proven itself for example etn had a rank around 120 and now its rank is near 58 I guess.So it is also necessary which projects or coins you are choosing.If the project is good and have a good potential it will definitely give some profits.Moreover we have seen when any token gets listed in coinbase the price really gets sky-rocket so there are many things we need to watch for.

There is a lot of interesting projects not only not included to CMC top 100 but also not listed on CMC altogether. Moreover CMC top 100 is changed often enough whereas NOT top 100 is more stable
I am a person who does not have a lot of money to invest in, instead of choosing the least risk when investing in top 100 projects. I have chosen projects of 200 or above, there are many good projects, and You will see one day it will pass hundreds of other altcos to the top 100
I don't know exactly what are facts that have been consider for ranking top 100. So even we are investing top 100 coins we have to do our own researches with carefully. But that doesn't mean we can't make believe on coins that have below ranks. There also so many reliable projects.

Yes, i often buy not top 100 altcoins, but i don't keep them for long-time. I trade them for short-period of time. I recommend not to keep them for long-period of time which is not safe.

Only buy no 1 - 5 from top ten coinmarket list, this is safe step for new investor like me. Everything have risk but how we set our limit to cut loss and manage loss is important. We need back up plan when the price not reach our stop loss and take profit point, specially at long term period. For this one need big fund and bigger patience than other method because this strategy built for people who doesn't have enough knowledge and time to watch market but have big fund.
