As per my experience, I still prefer traditional gambling. I'm enjoying more on it than online gambling where you can only chat with other people online. I like to gamble with my friends than just gambling myself. With regards to gambling time. I still remember that I'm spending more time gambling in a traditional gambling compare to online gambling. Since I only gamble on sports bet online, I just make a quick analysis and then place my bets and that's it. I will just wait for the results that is why I'm not that happy with it. I want to try casino games too but no money as of now Cheesy

There are some people who keep on telling to themselves and to the people around them that they are still in control, they can still control themselves in gambling but cannot actually apply to themselves, some keep on playing games to the point that they got lack sleep because of gambling, in my part, I only gamble when I am with my friends especially before when the casino gambling was not restricted from their customer or the day before the pandemic, right now I am only playing depends on my mood, I also gamble when I have extra money.

Does keeping a record and keeping track of your expenses make a change? I tried doing this and realize it was just nothing, it doesn't change anything, the luck that I have, the winnings I win, the times I lose, etc. It's just a record btw, nothing can happen even if I didn't do it,... Out of the budget? then probably I spend it all LoL.
Or this just make a budgeting so I can play more and have a chance for other games? is that it?
It really doesn't give or bring any sense IMO, just play, lose it or win it.

Why does it seems like we have a same vibe when it comes to gambling mate😁 I am not also playing gambling a lot of time because I have a limited amount of money to used in my gambling activities, also i'm too busy to spend a lot of time to play because I am also working from home but whenever I do I feel like I can't stop too.
So to be exact I hardly controlled myself when it comes to gambling and I have a strict rule about 1-3 games only.

Not good at casino games. And it still controllable because i not often to bet in a football game. Because not all team that i know and sometimes i discuss which team to pick or maybe what kind of bet that i must take. If not, then i am not gambling. Maybe because of that i still considered to limit gambling time, because sportsbetting not always have good time to pick not like casino games which can make us play everytime.

The first few times I gambled online it was hard for me too to stop. When you go to a physical casino it is much easier to stop, because you want to eat and drink something. But when you are at home and have the snacks and a beer right next to you, it becomes so much harder to stop gambling. That is also why I stopped completely to gamble on my phone, it is better to focus more and play on a desktop PC or a tablet in my opinion. Without really limiting my gambling time I would have probably lost quite a bit of money, because I tend to not always stop when I won.

Therefore, when addicts find it difficult to stop at least they still have easy access to visit gambling sites both online and offline. Because with them having other activities and also no longer having easy access to entry, an addict will at least slowly become away from gambling and that will be better able to time them better.

this is true because Sometimes I stop and think What if I'm rich I think I will waste most of my money in gambling and later become addicted and loose all my wealth .
I realised that being not rich have a benefit too and that is having a self control .
The other times I feel motivated to work hard to earn more cash so that I can play gambling but If I to choose I will choose to have a good life because this is not for the sake of gambling .

Keep a track of all your gambling expenses can be something worst as you may force yourself to recover what you have lost if your stats is bad.
At first you will feel the regret when you know your own stats (in case it is a big negative), you will ask yourself why did you gamble that much and this will lead you into a desire to get what you have lost back.
Next worst thing that may happen, you lose even more when trying to recover.
So basically keeping track is good but you also need to know how to deal with the track/stats.
