Maybe just some altcoin that will last up to 5 years ahead. If the altcoin does not have a volume that there is no movement it may not sell at all for the future.

In the next 5 years, altcoins will survive but it is not all the altcoins that will survive, most of the altcoins will be dead, some will fold, some will have zero volume, so it is only coins with real user case that will survive in the next five years.
Altcoins have more potential than old days. Dont think like that. Think positive.
I think altcoin will last more than 5 years. This upcoming years lots of new coin arrive and only the strongest coin will survive like altcoin. Then altcoin will grow and more develop that we can also be benefit on it.

In my own opinion, yes it can last for 5 years and it was normal for different ico's to start their own business because cryptocurrency is very profitable and there are always investors in the market.
I think that's very possible. we know that there are some altcoins that have a good prospect in the future. if we can manage it well then we will get the profit from it. besides, we also can learn trading to get the bigger profit.

It will last in 5 years as long it will not abandoned by the people who made that coin. And as long this coin is affordable of people to buy this coin it will be last for years.
I do not see any reasons to worry about. I am also holding several coins and I believe that I will get a nice income. Altcoins are like shares on stock exchanges.
For the 5 years to come I think will growing cryptocurrency in the world, especially altcoin. will certainly a lot of altcoin new popping up and also will surely there altcoin started dim. for the period of 5 next year, I think there are some altcoin that will remain popular, that is Ethereum, BitcoinCash, Dash, and Litecoin

I think they can. Just see what Ethereum did already. It's huge! It costed less than 1$ on ICO and it was 1400$ this winter. Just look for the projects that create product with real usage that you and your friends can use in the near future. Something real I mean not just buy on presale and sell on the first big exchange.

Why not? Bitcoin is lasting for 10 years and doesnt have any problem. Why altcoins has to have such a problembs in the future.
Bitcoin has been going on for more than 10 years, about 20 years, if I'm not mistaken and really, he had problems only at the start, and then he defended them, proving that the crypto currency is safer. 
I'm thinking that those projects like Ethereum, HYDRO, EOS are having the plans that are going above and beyond 5 years, so they are having the development schedule and Roadmap that they did not share widely for the next ten years probably, with different options.

Bro, it totally matters on your choice. If you have the right coins to work with, it is totally worth investing in the altcoins. I have prg, icx and lisk and I know they shall go till more than 5 years because their team is amazing.Jump to:
