No, i believe it can't. Yes, we knew that Bitcoin's value today is a bit lower than its record high in the past 6 months. I believe what's happening today is just temporary and from what i've seen i really do believe that it will once again return to its previous state or Bitcoin's value might even increase and surpass its highest recorded value by the next few months. Its impossible for Bitcoin cash to overcome Bitcoin for now.
