Real estate and property prices have been rising for as long as they have been privatized, and this is unlikely to stop until we can go home into a 5x5 sqm cube and live in a virtual reality mansion on a virtual island for free instead. On that note though, Bitcoin Gold is still garbage and doesn't compare to a beautiful plot of land with a small hut on it that could very well appreciate in value if it's in the right place.

well i believe that the posibility is always there and there could be a chance to get high but i strongly agree on you maybe it really depend on the location because every location has a favorite thing to be used.i believe that if in one community learn to use that thing the demand will rise and the price and value will also rise.

That's very true for the metaphorical hut from the previous post. But not really for Bitcoin Gold. It's just a clone, a relic of a necessary upgrade. It's not required and there is no interest in the inferior version of Bitcoin.

No way, bitcoin still the best cryptpcurrency. Bitcoin prices rise so high, even bitcoin price is reach more than $6300 now. Its because people are put their thrust on bitcoin. I am sure that there are no chance for another coin to have the same price as bitcoin at the same time.

It still a strange thing to me. Is it the soon to be launch alternate coin after the fork? Another cryptocurrency named after bitcoin which has already happened in the name of bitcoin cash and now bitcoin gold? I think it can never surpass the value of bitcoin just like the bitcoin cash that was based on my observation after the last fork that happened last August. But still looking forward if it will have a potential to do so.

as usual thwy would just follow the price of bitcoin, so no matter what happens in the market, most altcoins will be just to follow bitcoin's price, and in short although it is a product of forking and segwits, it is just another altcoin that just existed hoping it could be as most potential and more valued than bitcoin.

I don't know why people always compare an altcoin to bitcoin like when a new coin that had a word bitcoin in its name. It was available as futures on yobit and I've seen poloniex and bittrex stating they will add it ASAP but it hasn't happened. Bitcoin Cash was available for trading within days. Also, Cash started from a much higher price than BTG.

well it seems like it will still follow more forks in the future so i guess that is also why most exchanges doesn't seem to care that much, or even think of it as a big deal. Well anyway why does gold included in this topic? He means literally gold not BTG btw.
