I don't think "soon" but I do think after 15 years or so it is a definite possibility. "soon" i guess is a relative term.
Yeah you`re right as of now it will never happen because we all know how dollar really exist to be as exchanges. But somehow if
dollar replace bitcoin all i can see is we have an advantages for this kind of opportunity because we starting up of bitcoin and more knowledge on it.

Do you think it will be true? Are you positive towards bitcoin's future status?
nope, this is impossible to happen, because bitcoin will replace no nations currencies..virtual currency and physical money are two different things and has different functions.virtual currency will do the faster transaction from country to another country worldwide, while the physical money will do the rest, those transaction that dont needed internets and powers or electricity,no fuel needed but person to person transactions

I think this is hard to happen, as we know that the dollar is the strongest currency so it's hard to replace anything including the presence of bitcoin.

It sounds is really fun, but it's unlikely that it will happen in the next 15 years.. The dollar is in its best position right now maybe even tens of years .. I also do not expect bitcoin to replace the dollar, it's good to stay balanced, we need currency's and still need dollars

Maybe? It will or not. Government does not replace either the dollar to a bitcoin wich government not reccomended bitcoin for the longterm money for the people because it will can manipulate or can do each thing that posible to do with bitcoin so for now it is a replacement for the valuable money that helps for the business and such thing that can do easier.

No. I don't think the government will let bitcoin replace dollar or any other type of currency in each country. Bitcoin will remain a currency in the online world. But some governments or politicians might invest into Bitcoin and use it online.

In a very remote future, may be. But not so soon: the replacement of dollar, out of global acceptance of bitocoin, implies that anyone will have a cellphone with a net connection. Very unlikely.

soon? I think honestly it's not going to happen even 15years 20years from now. Bitcoin will never replace the dollar. Because bitcoin is an alternative currency online not like dollar, bitcoin is for online buying and selling. Maybe equally used but not totally replace the dollar or any currency.

Yes, Bitcoin would definitely replace but dollar also would exist. Like gold and dollar, Bitcoin also surely fills is place in that order. It may take more than the years mentioned by coinbase CEO or may take less than that. I personally think that it would take just 5 years to replace currency with Bitcoin and also as I said currency also would exist but Bitcoin usage will be more than that of currency for transaction.

Bitcoin will not replace dollar any time soon or in the nearest future. Bitcoin will come to be accepted as a means of payment. There is room for bitcoin and fiat currency in the world's economy
The dollar has advantages in comparison with bitcoin! stable price! And this is an important factor for economic relations. So bitcoin won't replace dollar, and takes a seat next to him in the economy.
Correct. almost the same as with real currency. bitcoin will not replace it. both will be the same at the same time in the advancement of this technology. the dollar will not be replaced as btc will continue to grow until there is regulation again in many countries

No.
I don't think bitcoin will replace dollar.
Because here the biggest problem to replace dollar is volatility.
And controlling the bitcoin's volatility will be very tough task.
So In my opinion Bitcoin could be like gold.

i think that because the value of Bitcoin fluctuates so regularly, its risk factor is very high. Bitcoin has been compared to a classic market bubble chart, 75 Currency Research would argue that it is not suitable as a stored value cash replacement, but perhaps should rather be approached as a casino-style “gamble.” Bitcoin is not money in and of itself. The bitcoin price is essentially the price of transferring already existent fiat currency or, in another sense, it is simply a non-binding “claim” to standard money. Since the value of bitcoins are not in their usage as standard money but in their usage in transactions, bitcoins are only as good as the fiat currencies in which they can be sold.

This may happen if all countries in the world will acknowledge bitcoin in their place. But i think dollar will remain in the circulation. And no coin or altcoins will replace it.

I dont think Bitcoin or any digital currency is going to replace dollars. To where we can convert bitcoin if it already replaced dollars? I think digital currencies exist or works because of dollars. So what's the point of bitcoin if we don't have dollars to convert to?
