Money is important unlike during the time where almost all people do have farms.
we still can live without money but that is if we do have some source of food on the table for the family. Still we would need to by something.
salt and sugar are very important to our daily lives.
Of course that it is important because money runs the world, if you will have no money you will not be able to buy clothes, car or even food, we work just to get money
Of course, money is important thing. An exception - if you live on an uninhabited island

If you live in the city and depend on others - yes, it is. If you live in the woods and have built a self-sustainable life for yourself, you wouldn't depend on money so much... I'd rather go live in the woods

i think it is important, because society and norms made it so. It is now a neccessity, but arguably it is not the most important aspect of life it is a neccessity, but it is not the ultimate joy of life

That is true,but you can never expect that having money ( let's say being rich ) can buy you a happiness right?For example if you are busy because of earning money,and because that you have lost many friends,you cannot buy them back right?
Unless they will want to be friends with you cause you have a lot of money.
However having money is a very important factor that affects our life.

In capitalistic regime it the msot important thing.

I would agree. Money only became important because it is given value. But take away the value of money and we'd be back in the primitive days where all values are determined on how important an item is, like Barter Trade System or something like that long ago.

You only need money to buy food therefore owning land where you can grow and raise your own food is much more valuable especially when paper money fails. For instance, if you smoke Tobacco you can grow your own cancer-free (non-radioactive) version for practically free instead of paying 5-6 bucks for a single pack of chemical treated tobacco. Do you know how much it costs to grow 500 potatoes? Still practically nothing. 
People taking that money is not necessary but everybody know that is not true.
As a reality, it is the most important thing for life, and it;s create the difference between man to man, to country to country.
