I guess that is actually it. The "world government" is not a body per se. But perhaps a consortium of the wealthiest people in the world. Their stance are heavily respected and considered by the actual government. Given this, they are the "world government" that pretty much controls everything.

The WEF states that the current trend globally is the rise of the Multipolar World Order; as The Christian Truther said previously, this is a part of their agenda to begin about the New World Order.

The agenda is comprised of four foundational global shifts, and we are currently in phase three. See below.

Phase One – Unipolarity (done)

Unipolarity is used to describe the power structure when one superpower dominates alone. The end of the Cold War meant that the previous decades’ superpower rivalry now had ended. There was no longer the “traditional” East vs. West conflict, at least not the way it had been earlier in the 20th century.

The United States surfaced as the sole dominating power in world politics as there were no real challengers to their hegemonic position. This allowed greater room for the superpower to maneuver and to get involved in international issues that not necessarily coincided with national interest. We can describe this new political situation as being unipolar.

Phase Two – Bipolarity (done)

Bipolarity is used to denote the basic structure in the international system when it is dominated by two superpowers. This means that other states must ally themselves with one of the two major powers, which again limits their room to maneuver and thus result in more stable international politics.

Phase Three – Multipolarity (We Are Here)

A system of multipolarity increases rivalry in world politics, the reason being that many states of similar strength compete for power and influence. These states are often uncertain of other states’ intentions, which increases the probability of military action. Also, the power balance in this type of system is changing constantly, as a result of changing alliances.

Multipolarity denotes the fundamental power structure in an international system dominated by several large powers, and is characterized by antagonism between these.

Phase Four – The New World Order

After the collapse of the short-lived multipolar world which led to World War Three, a new world will commence. That international order would be the return of an oligarchy, or in other words, the world would be centralized under a single governance. Under this New World Order, there would be no borders, a single currency, a single religion, operated under highly advanced technology (Artificial Intelligence).

Well there is a global government but they are just hiding from us and they are really top secret its really possible because today we have much greater technologies and much of it is use by the terrorist so the global government will show up when the time comes on once country will declare war to another country and they hide so many secrets from us people in the world maybe they discovered aliens or more advance technologies from our techno today and i think trump mission is to dig up the secrets and reveal it to the world for that he will posses a greater power from it and trump is very wise in that matter and its not really a big deal to me because i really don't care about the global government right now and as for me i am digging up on how to obtain "ki" mean physical power

I would say more. So how in the world dominated by the dollar, I think that the world is ruled by the Federal reserve system of the USA. Assuming that the economy has stalled because of lack of demand, it may be beneficial to bankers to start a war. It is the purpose of the coming Trump.

How was it "rigged by a secret government"? The United States is not a pure democracy, and is not run by mob rule. The national popular vote does not matter, and has never mattered, the electoral college is the only thing fair to the majority of the people. The world government is the banking system. Notice how everyone depends on money, and all the money is controlled by the banks.

Of course there is. Do you think that some things that are happen, are incidentally? Especially if you live in the USA. But am 100% sure that there is. I really don't know about Trump's plan, but there were moments that many tried to killed him. I think this is something and he has to be careful.
