So I'm interested if people use VPNs and if so, which ones. Last week I decided that I need to get one. Did some research and right now I'm thinking between Surfshark, Vypr, TunnelBear. I'm particularly interested in surfshark more as it seems there's a lot of positive vibe around them on the web.
on a daily basis I use nordvpn which provides decent service for its payment. And I don't see a big difference between one and other - its just a coincidence I started to use this particular one.
if I need to reach some resource which is for some reason is not reachable for me I use random in-browser free vpn, hoxx is a good one, but I don't see much difference between them either.
I also use free betternet one on my iphone

I do not use vpn permanently, but I use it sometimes in order to access some of the blocked sites in my country. Previously, I used it to enter the application store because it was banned in my country but now it works without the need for vpn

For my phony, I use VPN Proxy Master of Turbo VPN. For the PC, it's Opera VPN of TunnelBear, when VPN from Opera is not enough. I also heard a lot about Tor browser, which is 100 percent secure.

No i'm not because i use Data only and safer because everytime i reset the data the IP address change as well so the lesser risk i have .

But some of my friends use this VPN and they are also contented,i remember that they can use free internet just using this VPN.

Windscribe is what I've been using before. Mostly I prefer it to secure my internet connection and protect my identity while keeping me safe as well from hackers.

I don't do anything illegal, but turn it on and open DuckDuckGo when I don't want to be tracked. Also, a few foreign websites are blocked in my country and some Internet providers don't allow you to reach them too, so VPN is essential.
That's why I'm using Opera, as VPN is built-in. For my phone, VPN Proxy Master is such a nice app.

Also, I heard the Tor Browser is popular for different darknet things and everything, but can't say anything personally about it.

I've been using vpn for almost 3 months in my online job. Vpn is very  important to my work to lessen the waiting time to all my social media postings.

I mainly use free VPN services (for minor issues like when purchasing online) like Windscribe, Opera browser's built-in VPN, and some of those free VPN for mobile devices that could fairly help with this type of small tasks. But these are sometimes unreliable and more often than not have a capped data limit, of course.

Unfortunately, the free VPN's aren't strong enough for Netflix and I'm alright with purchasing, but I'd rather be on the safe side before I put money on premium VPN then found out later that it isn't strong enough to watch Netflix from other geo-locations.

Any VPN recommendations that are also not too expensive for binge-watching Netflix? I need a VPN that's proven to work because some VPNs work initially but they get caught and flagged by Netflix later instead.

Well if you want a cheap and transparent VPN, and by transparent i mean blockchain based, i'd go no further than Orchid.

I think in this age of tracking and data collection, it is best to always use a VPN and kind of make it essential, same as getting a license for your AV software.
