Personally, I think that when Tesla accepted the doge as a means of payment, it would raise the price of the doge. however, maybe I would prefer ethereum, or a coin like BNB which is given the opportunity to do so. however, I think it would be great if Elon Musk made Doge as a means of payment for Tesla.
Obviously, he wants to know if the community wants him to continue promoting Dogecoin, by asking in a poll, and the community is in full support, there is news that Tesla is not going to use Bitcoin anymore on Tesla and the company is looking for coins to use and Dogecoin could be one of them, this is the start of Tesla and Musk looking for coins to add and promote, so always get updated the coin you're holding could be the next Musk is going to promote.
Looking at the recent news they probably won't accept it after all because of proof of work consensus. I am guessing that this is not over and there will be carb taxes for pow coins and stuff like that. It's maybe time to look for the alternatives. Pow was too long under regulators radar and it will grow to be problem for them that they want to tax away.
There's nothing wrong with Tesla accepting DOGE, it's their decision and they are a private company so they can do whatever they want. So, what would it result to the market, I think it will result in a positive way as we are seeing some sort of adoption here, DOGE will become a big player in the market since it's accept by big company, and with that, more companies might accept DOGE also.

have you read today's news, Tesla has suspended payment using BTC they say it's too wasteful and waste too much money, so elon made fomo and elon also destroyed it, i wonder how this game continues.

I think it is very likely that in the near future Elon will continue to have tweets in support of this market.
Tesla might be put into danger as we all know Doge is not stable token. In fact in some cases Doge token looks like pump and dump. However, there are a lot of people in crypto that are benefiting the pumpof Doge. I don't think Doge will become acceptable to Tesla because this token is a meme coin not stable. Tesla may accept Bitcoin and usdt, and some stable tokens for safer business.

I'm only interested in the present because what I'm seeing is price manipulation in this market by Elon musk, just with tweets that can affect this market, I'm very concerned when the account can get hacked and create bad and bad signals for this market.

I don't think it would be a bad development for tesla to accept dogecoin. I am sure it will be a valuable development for Dogecoin. This development shows that the future of dogecoin can now be brighter. Otherwise, if Elon Musk quits dogecoin support, this will not be very beneficial for Dogecoin and it will fall considerably behind in the market.
If Tesla decides to start accepting DOGE as a means of payment, then i believe it will be great for the whole cryptocurrency market and it will show that cryptocurrency adoption is gradually making it to the mainstream.

I don't know why Elon Musk likes doge so much. I don't care about his tweet about it. it is like a game, someone have the power and famous person to influence the price of doge with his opinion. Be careful

Nowadays, Doge price seems to depend on Elon's tweets. He must realize how his tweets can give an impact on Doge price in the market. Frankly, I do not believe Musk will take this step. Yes, he has accepted bitcoin as a payment, also does not exchange to fiat. But is doge a BTC? If he accepts a coin which can change %50 in 1 day as a payment, he has to pay the rest of the car price from his own pocket. Maybe he will accept it by changing to fiat, but still I am absolutely against it being doge. If you want to prove that crypto is valuable, accept ETH, accept LTC. Do not get people confused by doge.

"Wanting" something is different from what is realistic. I would like to be 6+ feet tall with a ripped body and a billion dollars in my bank account, just because I want it doesn't mean that it will happen. This is why just because we would "want" tesla to accept doge doesn't mean they can.First of all Tesla is a publicly traded company, if they do something that will hurt the shareholders those same shareholders that brought Tesla so much money and helped them grow so much will leave instantly crashing the stock price which would be horrible for them.
Long story short Doge would be one of the worst business decisions ever and I am sure Elon controls Tesla as much as he wants but when it comes to things like these there are people who can tell him not to and could stop him. This is why I think there is no chance in the world this could happen, even if Elon wanted it.

I really don't even care. But i can't see it hurting anyone except maybe feelings of FA maximalists. But honestly doge isn't bringing anything to the table and doesn't serve a purpose. People just decided to link it mentally to image of a cute doge. And there's nothing wrong with that but there are so many better coins that would be great for adoption. But this is internet and we choose things like boaty mc boatface so there's no escaping doge.
Well, except for Elon Musk and Tesla, I have not seen a large company or corporation speak out in favor of this coin. So even if Tesla accepts Doge for payment, it will be the biggest pump in history.

Just because he admires a coin, he wouldn't be pumping and shilling for it so hard. Some people say he finds the dogecoin cute but really he isn't just anyone, this guy has a big following and people invest based on his tweets.
