Psychologically exercise boost out alertness and increase out level of productivity for the day, and especially when we have taken it as a daily routine before we take up our other activities of the day. I remember when I was hitting the gym as a routine every early morning of each day before going to work, some days due to laziness  I skip the gym I feel somehow unsettled like something is missing out in me for that day and that feeling gives me some slight  distraction. Even though in the evening I decide to go to the gym it doesn't feel same as it would for me doing it in the morning.

So it's possible a routine can have a positive influence in the output of an individual's activity. So imagine if I was to be a morning trader my focus would be in jeopardy as I may be prone to lots of mistakes due to the feeling of distraction I get psychologically.

In a way, I'll say as a trader don't indulge yourself in a lifestyle that would have a significant effect in determining your trading performance should you skip or fail to go through the routine for the day. Allow your professional skill and strategies bear so much influence on the outcome of your trading not your routine.

I actually don't focus on my daily routine from the early morning as like you but try to find the most suitable moments from the whole day. So it can be in the morning or in the night and actually it depends on the price chart. I try to keep my mobile data always on at the time of trading and set price reminder to observe the movement of some specific coins.

It's really surprised me and you will be beneficial if you search for the best trading period from your whole day. It's not necessary to enter or sell in the morning because it may not be  the best time. So I just keep working my daily life and when I receive a reminder then I try to observe and make my decision. It feels so easy with less pressure of trading.

I basically don't have any set time for trading I come to trade when I feel like it and when I have time. Although in this case I'm mostly online at night so that's when I have more time. Usually I jump into trading hoping to make a profit and many times end up trading at a loss. But I wake up early in the morning and immediately go online and analyze various activities. But when a person wakes up in the morning according to his routine, he has various tasks and many people resort to various things including exercise according to their routine. But in my case it's a different routine. I wake up early in the morning and go online to trade. It can definitely be a target of loss.

That is a good exercise for fitness that is you doing it to have some good refreshness to relax the brain. One does not need to trade straight without thinking of what to do and brainstorming the brain. Mostly in that early morning. Trading in the early morning has not 🐝 a favorable thing for me. Last month I loss 200 US dollars in the early morning and since then I suspend trading till now. I will continue trading when I understand the trading strategies very well if not I will not trade again because if I do will be just losing funds.

Do you have a morning routine as a day trader? I find
that  whenever I follow my morning routine before trading, my focus is unbeatable in the charts and analysis. I usually wake up by 6am and start with cardio or just walk my dog. Next is a light breakfast. Eating light meals is essential because I won't feel very heavy and dull. And on some days, depending on how I feel, I skip breakfast totally for some homemade juice. I repeat my mantra several times ," today is already a great day." After which I go to my computer and start trading. On somedays I make good profits on some other days, I don't. Overall, my morning routine keeps me mentally prepared to face the day. Kindly share some of your morning routine before trading.

Unfortunately I stopped doing any sport in the morning since I am living alone. When I was still living with my parents I always had to walk the dog in morning and stopped by at the adult playground where you have some free machines to do outdoor workouts. It's true that workout helps a lot to reduce stress and prepare ourselves for the day. My morning routine now involves drinking a strong coffee and reading the news. Reading 10 minutes of local news helps me to focus on more interesting topics afterwards. Also sometimes I hear an audiobook when waking up. Books about self improvement and positivity help me a lot to be more optimistic and keep my inner thoughts in line. Working on keeping my emotions under control is the one subject that always needs attention and shouldn't be forgotten about. Instead of doing morning workouts I try to at least to go for 20 minutes walks during my lunch break.

you seem to have an organized routine. it makes you healthier and ready to do your work.

I've never done anything organized in the morning. back when I was so excited to trade I had to wake up at 4 am, make coffee and smoke a cigarette while preparing for my trade.

at this time such a situation I no longer do. I trade when I want to trade. so I no longer day trade. maybe because the situation in my life has become more and more to pay attention to.

Well going through your morning routine, is quite cool, for me i love to first of all clean, my room, my environment, wash my car because i dont even like to  drive out with a dirty car, i do all these at first before looking at chart and that will be 8:30 am GMT+1, but i like trading during NEW YORK session, because i use the LONDON session to look for setups in the market.

First things first, I set my alarm for a decent hour—gotta catch those market vibes early. Then, I jumpstart my engine with a good ol' cup of joe. That caffeine boost gets my brain cells firing on all cylinders.

After that, I hit the gym or go for a quick jog to get the blood pumping. Gotta stay energized and focused, you know? If I'm feeling a bit lazy, I'll just take my furry companion for a walk. Dogs make the best trading buddies!

Now, when it comes to grub, I like to keep it light and fresh. A light breakfast fuels me up without weighing me down. But hey, on some days, I ditch the solids altogether and whip up a homemade juice for that extra kick of vitamins and goodness.

But here's the secret sauce to my morning routine—I repeat my personal mantra, "Today is already a great day." It sets the positive vibes in motion and primes my mind for success.

Once I'm all amped up and ready to go, I hop on my computer and dive into the trading world. Some days I score big profits, and other days, well, not so much. But hey, it's all part of the game.

Having this morning routine keeps me mentally prepared to take on whatever the market throws my way. It's all about finding what works for you, my friend. So, go ahead and tweak it to match your style and get that unbeatable focus on those charts and analysis. Cheers to awesome mornings and successful trades!

well, it has an effect on health that can make it better, and with better health, it will affect the results of the routine that you do, so I think it has an effect on the results of the trades that you do.
I once had a bad habit of staying up late and waking up late. As a result, I missed several trading opportunities, and my body became tired and unfocused. because of this, I feel that I am not working optimally. So, I think getting up early really has an important role.

Waking up earlier than others has its benefits, there's a study that shows must successful people has an early morning waking up schedule. When you wake up early you give yourself more hours in the day and when you make good use of those hours like by trading, you could have made more money in just few hours before other wake up from sleep to go to the office or other business they are working at.

You as a trader, you should know which hours works in your favor, is it the late hours or the earlier hours of the day. Personally I'm more active and can get things done more quickly in the morning hours that'll why I move most of my business to that hour like trading.

Depends on individual, some people do good when they follow their routine or their minds feel agitated when routine is disturbed. Op you appear to be one of them.
Exactly. Because a good trader will always be good enough to trade whatever the market condition is and regardless if he has any routine or not. However, I also believe that having a good start in the morning like improving your physical and mental stability will help you succeed as a trader. But know that not all traders have all the time for this, but one thing is certain, never trade when you are not capable enough.

this is like after waking up you will make your bed because if you make it in the first thing in the morning your whole day will be done also like task given to you. This kind og boosting your mental health and make you more focused on those stuff which applies to trading also you can be more focus on trading and good for your mental health . That is why others do meditation so that they can build confidence with themselves. But again not all people have it but for me it really working and has an effect on me
Mental health greatly affects trading results. and mental health can be formed from our daily attitudes. or even discipline in trading will be carried out in our daily lives. just like in analyzing the market, we will calculate the risk and reward, this is the case when we actually work, then in deciding a problem, of course we will consider it from various sides, and what will happen in the future, we already have an overview, so we are not surprised by the possibilities that may arise. will happen in the future

there has been various studies out there in regard of having better mood might results in better productivity and definitely I think having good mourning routine to stabilize the emotions might be essential.
but nowadays, though having bad mood couldn't become an excuse in lowering the productivity thats why so many exchanges out there are giving feature in their platform to automate the trades with some preferred settings.
of course if it's in term of making some important, essential decision like which coin to invest, and many more, requires calm mind so the decision produced are logical.
feeling agitated, will just results in worst emotion management which definitely might results in bad decision making, and imagine that bad decision making is investing a ton of money in some shitcoins.

Morning routine is useful for having a healthy body because I have my own experience that whenever I wake up early then I feel fresh and energetic but whenever I wake up early so I fee full, may be its due to changes in routine but it Happened most of the time. Making a plan and following the routine is a sign of successful future because person will works on time and will be healthy because of healthy diet as well as by completing his sleep during selected hours and finishing the daily tasks on time is a features of a successful person.
Having a healthy mind and body are very essential when you are aiming for a successful trading. This will help you become unbothered even if the price fluctuations are high and even if the market condition is not good and suitable enough to trade. Although I don’t have some certain morning mantras, but maybe having positive mindset the whole day will help you a lot to stay trading in profit.

Physical activities really helps your overall mood which is traders must do before they trade because they have to make sure that their emotions is stable. They include this to their trading plan because unstable emotion can lower the probability of your trade and increase the risk. If you're in emotional state it will lead to revenge a trade after a loss or consistent losses instead of taking a rest.
Not just only in trading, but any activity that you wish to do will always be influenced positively once you start your morning with exercise and healthy food intake. That way, your negative emotions will burnout and vanish and will attract positive emotions instead. So I think it would be very helpful if you keep on doing it before your decide to trade. Although I’m not really into this exercise every morning, but I’m really trying to keep my body and mind healthy and productive.
What I know is that a physical activity is good for the health but it's not a sure way to give you a positive emotion throughout the day. So many factors can trigger it including a price fluctuation. Emotion is not all. No matter how good your emotion is but your analysis isn't, losses will still be likely to hit you.

It's okay to try and revenge your loss but you should not only stick on one strategy because maybe the previous strategy you're using is so bad. Chances are that you will only repeat the same mistakes again. If that is the case then yes, it is better to take a rest instead. It should help you relax your mind a little bit and you can think properly again the moment you came back.

When we are mentally prepared to face challenges, we can always overcome because preparation preceed success. Those of the successful traders we hear about online and reading there books was once a bad trader but they were able to work on themselves and bring out the light in them to bring a pattern of trading that will help them and make them relax when trading. Trading is nit about just looking at the chart guessing the possible direction the market could go.

It also involves a lot of things that could build our mindset and set us on a high level when we want to trader. This alone is the confidence we get when entering into the market because we have done our home work.

I don’t have usually morning routine before trading, but I always make sure that I don’t do trading once I have mixed and bothered emotions that will completely ruin my trading activity. However, though I also make some stretching and a little bit of walking sometimes, but most of the time I fail to do them maybe because of how busy I am especially in the morning. But when it comes to trading, I make sure that my mindset and emotions are stable before starting to trade.
Just like me on which i dont really tend to make out trades if;

1. Came from argument whether from family or friends
2. Get stressed on something
3. Under the influence of alcohol
4. Literally doesnt feel well in regarding my body
5. Im Lazy on that time  Smiley
6. Not on focused and other personal things.

You should really know on how to make yourself make out decisions whether you should trade or not on your certain situation or condition. You would really be putting up yourself
into much trouble if you do really tend to force out things because if you do trade on a certain situation and with having these conditions then for sure you cant really
think up well, which it would really be most likely you would really be ending up on not to trade well and you would be losing your position.
