In fairness to you, the daily routine you do in the morning is good and I think a healthy lifestyle is something like that to keep your mind fresh and your body calm.

You can also try to make it your habit, even though I'm used to waking up at 8am, I'll try to wake up at 6am too, it's good for our body to get used to it, actually. It's like our mind and body can be exercised when we do things like yours.

To get up two hours earlier than usual, you also need to go to bed earlier, and this will entail a change in your entire routine, and it will take some time to be able to rebuild. I know myself, it is very difficult for me to change the mode, because of this I become distracted in the morning, it is better for me not to change the mode and do physical activity in the afternoon, so I maintain maximum productivity.

Morning routine is beneficial because it corrects a discipline of working and operates all the activities of the day on time. I have my personal experience that whenever I wake up little late so then I feel lazy and all the activities of the day remain in place. The people who follow morning routine and exercise on daily basis remains actives and they are younger as compared to the others who do not wake up early. A planned work will help everyone to perform the selected task on the time so there will be no difficulty in achieving successful outcomes once a man follow morning routine. Same is the case for trading because trading is also a type of job so morning routine will always have a positive impact on trading.

if it could somewhat stabilises your emotion then I guess it will have some effect to your trading activity, after all a healthy mind will make you create wiser decision.
but aside from that I think if trading affect you in negative way I think you should re-evaluate your decision and maybe your method of trading maybe you're just going to harm yourself in the long run.
just utilize some kind of trading bots that's available generally in many of exchanges that way you're not wasting your time too fixated on getting the right chance when you could just automatise it, simply put, don't spend too much time on something you could do easily.

Trading should not affect the rest of your day or be active, otherwise you will consider it negative income that requires your presence, and if it is negative income, it is better to stop it because it means that you are spending time and may not get a positive return from it.
In theory, trading is supposed to be an income-generating activity in the long run, so that there are successful and failed deals, and the outcome is success.

As for me, I rarely trade, mostly DCA>
There are ones who could bare up the risks and there are ones who couldn't and this is why they do really end up on holding or making some DCA whenever they do see an opportunity on doing so.
In speaking about routines then its just normal that we would really be doing up something when we do start our day specially when we do make up trades or something that do talks about full time trades.
Some would just simply wake up and have coffee and face up their computer all the way but there are ones who do make out some physical activity and some sort. This is why it would really be
just depending on how you would be starting your day.

Do you have a morning routine as a day trader? I find
that  whenever I follow my morning routine before trading, my focus is unbeatable in the charts and analysis. I usually wake up by 6am and start with cardio or just walk my dog. Next is a light breakfast. Eating light meals is essential because I won't feel very heavy and dull. And on some days, depending on how I feel, I skip breakfast totally for some homemade juice. I repeat my mantra several times ," today is already a great day." After which I go to my computer and start trading. On somedays I make good profits on some other days, I don't. Overall, my morning routine keeps me mentally prepared to face the day. Kindly share some of your morning routine before trading.

I start my morning with meditation.  I read affirmations out loud to start a successful day.

I start the morning with a hearty breakfast (as is customary in my country).  Usually it is potatoes with meat or fish, salad (tomatoes and fresh cucumbers seasoned with sunflower oil) and black tea with a spoonful of sugar.  Then I read news about the world of cryptocurrencies on my smartphone for 10 minutes.

Then I put on my headphones, go outside and run around the park.  At the same time, I listen to podcasts on economics and trading.

Only after returning home, I turn on my laptop and start trading.

Morning Routine will have no effect on your normal day engagement if the following are taken into consideration.

1) time table: if one has a time table for each important activity, every thing becomes easy. With this Important Times remains unaffected.

2)Discipline : after making a time table, one should be discipline enough to follow it strictly otherwise all plans falls in fiasco.
If the above are taken into consideration,  I don't thing morning routine will affect other engagement like trading.

The only thing I know that affects my trading is my state of mind

I agree what you say is absolutely true, that actually the main factor is "our state of mind" which has a direct influence on the effectiveness of the trading that we do.
But actually we also need supporting factors to encourage or make our minds think clearly without any burden. Everyone has their own habits, just like OP who does morning activities with exercise and breakfast makes his blood flow smooth so his mind feels fresh.
But there are also some people who use different methods or habits such as they can refresh and clear their minds just by making a cup of coffee or even smoking to accompany their trading activities.
It actually depends on our daily habits to do whatever suits us to clear and refresh our brains and minds so that we can carry out effective trading activities.

One of the advantages of exercise is that it helps to build the body system and the brain. You can't be doing a morning exercise and find yourself not being focused, relaxed, and energetic for the day.

My regular morning routine has helped me focus better and has given me more energy, which has helped me get through the rest of the day's tasks without feeling stressed. By completing tasks quickly, it has also helped my body systems feel at ease and renewed all the time whenever I start my day first with my morning routine

Good job, explained your strategy in detail and I already understand the way you trade.
Just like the Compound trading strategy, buying at different price levels and with an increasing amount (2x the previous order) then will sell above the first purchase price, it will give a good return and it is also always applied by me.

Analyzing market movements is also necessary to know where to stop buying and when to sell.
compound trading requires discipline, patience, and a good trading plan.
With a solid strategy and a long-term mindset, it can generate significant profits.

And if you want to say anything about my lifestyle, I am lazy AF. I wake up late and have no routine to follow. I tried to change it and I only made it worse. Sudden change has its own side effects. So now I am trying to change it but in a slow manner.
Regarding the activities you do, it is your own responsibility. Everyone has their own lifestyle.
It's just how you adjust a good and healthy lifestyle.
Changing in a slower but sure way is better. Immediate changes will have a worse impact.

Once a man, twice a child!
The only thing I know that affects my trading is my state of mind, not any morning routine. I like to skip trading whenever I'm not in a right state of mind. If I'm stressed out, bothered or sad, I just completely skip touching the charts. On a few days I forced myself to trade I took loses. So, I steer clear and don't force myself to trade. To be a successful trader doesn't mean one has to be in trades every single time and day.

If every thing is measured according to a certain routine, the thing is done smoothly and well. I don't have a morning routine for trading, but some rules must be followed daily. Waking up in the morning amd check the market situation. And besides, waking up early in the morning is good for the body, and trading at this time I think trading is effective.
Waking up and taking hot coffee keeps the body in the right state of mind to take in good entries in the market. Timing sets for morning routine helps alot, I can't remember countless times this routine have brought me enormous profits in the market due to early entries on trades specifically for volatility pairs like XAUUSDm. Morning routine sometimes helps when one is able to analyze the market into achieving profits at the end of every trading positions been triggered. During Morning section, the brain is always effective other than later in the day when one must have stressed out due to tasks for the day.
For me it is a Yes, because our morning routine can affects our performance in trading. As for my morning routine, I start my day with meditation because if you start your day with positive mind, there's no way that you can experience a bad day. After that I'll read my affirmations in trading because it is a great way for me to remember that I am consistently trader and for me to remember that I have rules to follow as a trader. This is the example of my affirmation, "Anything can happen". That affirmation reminds me to always be a defensive trader wherein I always predefine my risk before entering the trade. In this volatile market, there is only one trader that can be against to our bias so better we are always be prepared for any scenarios. Before I trade, I usually watchlisting first, looking for a crypto that did a good move in the past hours. After that, I'll start analyzing the chart then I'll create a plan and lastly execute my plans.
This is a good morning routine which can help you to relax and be on a better state of mind and as such help you a little bit when you have to make some trades, however the people of today are in such haste that they consider the time spent meditating as a waste of time, which is a shame as if there is something those people need is to slow down a little bit and realize that if they could take some time for themselves once in a while they will not be stressed all the time and their performance at their jobs could improve too.

Having a daily routine which includes workout, physical activity and healthy diet gives good concentration so if we want to focus then we can and can do whatever we wanted.

That's very true, Daily routine does have a positive way of conditioning your mind for the day's work. I see no negative effect to having a daily routine, some early morning exercise has lots of positive effects on the body. We know trading has to do with the mind and morning exercise would not only put you body in the right shape but also you mind.

I do some reading as well in the morning hours before I trade or do any other activities, it doesn't have to be me finishing a whole book but just chapters as that has some positive impact in my whole day. Reading has always been my passion as it makes me understand the whole from other great writers perspective.

Those who works in a morning have positive effect on the results of their work. Brain works properly in morning time so decision will  be perfect. It's better to work in morning may be later you get engaged in others activities. Keep constant time for work will be better for managing routine and once a routine is disturb all work get disturb and it will become hard to achieve your aims.

This is cool but the funny thing is that, I don't have a routine reason is that I don't sit on my computer all day trading. I can set up 2 differents trades and later in the day close it and take whatever profits I made for that day and I also make sure I set up stop limit because market is volatle sometime. The only thing I know I am use to is I make sure I don't miss moerning breakfast before starting my day, this gives me energy to be able to focus and do everything in other, if I don't eat anything, then there is no activity of trading for that particular day, I may have another plan for the day.

Not yet clear about what method you will use, but more towards Mid-term trading.
Trading can be more flexible if there are no rules for having to do short-term trading or even faster, preferring the long term because psychology will not be disturbed either. but reserve money also needs to be prepared.
Here's how I trade. Let me explain. I keep both BTC and USDT in my wallet (Binance). Let's think the price is fluctuating between $25k to $28k. I will place buy order at different price point. Let's just say $25.2k/ $25.5k/ $25.7k, etc. And I sell those in higher price than buy value in different price too. $26.5k/ $27.5k/ $28k, etc. So that's how I trade and all I need to do is analyze the market movement in which I can predict how much low it will get and how high I can sell. It's all about waiting game and if the target doesn't meet. I close them and open new one based on analysis.

And if you want to say anything about my lifestyle, I am lazy AF. I wake up late and have no routine to follow. I tried to change it and I only made it worse. Sudden change has its own side effects. So now I am trying to change it but in a slow manner.

I agree, but changing a routine which has become a habit is troublesome. It will take some time in order to achieve it, but I think I can do it. Just need some motivation. Start small and work towards the big one.

Morning Routines do have an effect on your trading as this could be used as a litmus paper test, think of this as a way to know if your mind is in the right place or not.

If you are known for morning exercises and on a particular day cant make it to the gym or you go there late then most likely your mind and schedule is disturbed.

Btw morning routines also help with helping you to stick to trading plans as this becomes more of a mechanical way of going around your trading journey unlike making random guesses.

I do spot trading on a daily basis. I don't know if you can call it day trading.
if you are not opening and closing at almost less than a few seconds or minutes like a scalper ...it could fall under day trading except here you are also not using pending orders, all entries are all at market price.

But no, morning routine has nothing to do with my trading. I like to set a target for buy and sell. So I don't have to worry about when to open or close any order. If the target is filled, it will automatically buy/sell for me.
5-6 open trades in one day based on market analysis. If the targets are not filled, I simply close them and open a new trade the next day. That way, the risk is too low.
So waking up or doing anything in the morning has no effect in my tradings. And I am a lazy person, so I have no proper routine either. Any suggestion on improving myself will be appreciated.
Honestly, morning routines don't work for everybody as we all have different lifestyles especially since most prefer to go for exercises which demand time and discipline which not everyone has the luxury to give... but if there is something that can help is some mind games like the rubix cube which used as your mind excises.

Mid-term trading, maybe you can call it that. But you trade according to the current trend and do each execution based on the target to be achieved without specifying how long it will take. If you say you open 5-6 trades in one day, that's also quite a lot.

Not yet clear about what method you will use, but more towards Mid-term trading.

Routines for the morning should be used for exercise and don't keep staring at cellphone screens or other electronic devices, fitness exercise will provide a fresher mind and can make the body healthier and can clear the mind when the trading routine begins. Do not be lazy in any case, idlers will not give an advantage.
