I do spot trading on a daily basis. I don't know if you can call it day trading. But no, morning routine has nothing to do with my trading. I like to set a target for buy and sell. So I don't have to worry about when to open or close any order. If the target is filled, it will automatically buy/sell for me.
5-6 open trades in one day based on market analysis. If the targets are not filled, I simply close them and open a new trade the next day. That way, the risk is too low.
So waking up or doing anything in the morning has no effect in my tradings. And I am a lazy person, so I have no proper routine either. Any suggestion on improving myself will be appreciated.

If every thing is measured according to a certain routine, the thing is done smoothly and well. I don't have a morning routine for trading, but some rules must be followed daily. Waking up in the morning amd check the market situation. And besides, waking up early in the morning is good for the body, and trading at this time I think trading is effective.
Waking up and taking hot coffee keeps the body in the right state of mind to take in good entries in the market. Timing sets for morning routine helps alot, I can't remember countless times this routine have brought me enormous profits in the market due to early entries on trades specifically for volatility pairs like XAUUSDm. Morning routine sometimes helps when one is able to analyze the market into achieving profits at the end of every trading positions been triggered. During Morning section, the brain is always effective other than later in the day when one must have stressed out due to tasks for the day.

Although trading has nothing to do with getting up in the morning. But when you get up in the morning, you get a different kind of mental strength. No matter what you do, if you can always get up early in the morning, your mind will be very clear and fresh. Getting up early in the morning gives you more time to work, just as you get more motivation for all activities. More importantly, you will always wake up early and have a beautiful and cheerful life.

I wouldn't call myself a day trader but for my programming job, I always feel much more motivated when I start my day with my gym workout. I feel especially productive in the morning after I've worked out.
In any job, I think there's a significance why we're feeling that we're better after we wake up. Our minds are clear and just came from a long rest.

When I don't feel being well, I just take a sleep or a power nap because for me, that's like a pill that makes me feel better and giving time for my brain to rest.

This isn't just about old folk things but it's a strategy for anything that we do to be more efficient.

The morning routine can have an impact on the crypto day trader as this routine can affect the mental and physical state of the trader throughout the day.
For example, if a trader does not get enough sleep, it can lead to decreased concentration, fatigue, and inefficient decision making. If a trader starts the day with exercise, meditation, or other practices that help reduce stress and increase energy, then this can improve performance throughout the day.
In addition, the morning routine can also affect the decision-making process in cryptocurrency trading. For example, if a trader is accustomed to starting the day with an analysis of news and fundamentals, this can help him make more informed decisions throughout the day.

Routines or should I call it, the usual things that I do every morning even prior to learning the whole thing about trading.

Regardless of the profession, job, works, etc. it should be a must for everyone that we should have a good breakfast before facing our respective workloads throughout the day. It's good that we are in a proper state of mind when dealing with our everyday work. Exercise can be done during the day when we considered it as day-off.

Trading or not, I can't imagine how can we even work properly if we are not physically fit to work at the start of the day.

Do you have a morning routine as a day trader?
Wake up at 5am to do the prayer, do some exercises like jogging and walking after prayer and follow up into breakfast. It's indeed after doing that routines you are more likely become more focus to do stuff in following that day because you have already wake up and do the activities which make you have more energy for the day. Doing no exercise probably make you sore and doesn't have spirit to do anything.

It's a great thing to do not just for traders. it's for general human. Trading requires lot of thinking and if you not start the day with some happy stuff then your trading journey would be ended up in a mess.

I woke up in the morning for prayer after prayer I opened my chart to analyze some trading pairs if there is any potential trading setup ahead because my trading strategy is based on the price reaching, reaction and Price Action around the Pivot points, if there isn't any trading setup I always take a road walk to a not too long distance for my  regular morning exercise and fitness, however this has nothing to do on how or whether I am going to trade well or not there isn't any correlations between my road walk and trading to be profitable, this is a mere physical exercise and different from mental awareness towards trading.

Establishing a consistent morning routine can be a great way to get yourself mentally and physically prepared for the day ahead.

everyone's morning routine will be different, so it's important to find what works best for you.

Example of my morning routine is
1: waking up early
2: exercise
3: eat healthily
4: practice mindfulness and
5: review my trading plan.

I can say that having small children, the morning routine, as the OP puts it, becomes a habit or an obligatory action. Children will never let you relax; it is they who must live according to the regime that their parents create for them and themselves. After doing all the morning routines and understanding that the first things for the morning are done, it's always great to concentrate on other things to have time to finish some on time and take on others.

Depends on individual, some people do good when they follow their routine or their minds feel agitated when routine is disturbed. Op you appear to be one of them.

It is like they are stretching out their minds because for sure trading would be stressful. Mental health is really big factor when it comes to trading as this is where it fall how do we control our emotions which affects our trading styles. Others may have those kind of routine for better decision making but others also dont have. Theres nothing wrong in doing this that is why we should respect everyones views on this as we just want to gain profit from our trades

Do you have a morning routine as a day trader? I find
that  whenever I follow my morning routine before trading, my focus is unbeatable in the charts and analysis. I usually wake up by 6am and start with cardio or just walk my dog. Next is a light breakfast. Eating light meals is essential because I won't feel very heavy and dull. And on some days, depending on how I feel, I skip breakfast totally for some homemade juice. I repeat my mantra several times ," today is already a great day." After which I go to my computer and start trading. On somedays I make good profits on some other days, I don't. Overall, my morning routine keeps me mentally prepared to face the day. Kindly share some of your morning routine before trading.
I think in general, not just in trading, having a good morning routine can increase the levels of focus that you can have for the entire day. I'd say it also depends on what cycle you usually do, I know a LOT of people who are more active during the night than they are during the day, but said routines don't necessarily have to be during the morning, but rather at the start of the day instead.

A light breakfast plus some light reading is usually my morning schedule. Reading makes my mental faculties sort themselves out, making me clear-headed before going to work. Back when I was trading though I just stuck to my phone immediately after waking up checking prices, kind of a bad routine really imo.
Unfortunately on the world of today people are always struggling to find enough time to do what they want as their life has lost any kind of semblance of balance, so a morning routine is simply impossible for those people, which is a shame as having a healthy morning routine could help you to start the day and be completely ready to deal with whatever you have to face during the day, unlike what we see today with a lot of people that begin their day and they are already stressed by the time they get to their job.

Do you mean morning routine like exercise and health habit activities?
Actually, morning routines that are done regularly with good routines like exercise, enjoying the morning sunshine, breakfast, and reading something in the morning, will also influence our health and mental. It is much better than sleeping again in the morning because this will make us wake up lazily and with and physical condition.

That is why if we have healthy morning routine and habit including preparing our brain to work, it will prepare ourself to be more ready to do some hard activities, like trading. Trading needs focus and fresh mind to be able to think more seriously and clearly. Some people may not do this and they are still able to earn much profit, but some people may need this. This will depend on individual routines.

As a trader you can choose to trade in whatever hour that suits you, morning ,afternoon and night depending on your time zone. Therefore being a day trader will not stop you from any morning routine you have if you want to trade and work at same then you can adjust your schedules. But for someone that finds trading in the morning hours most preferable, It will affect you a bit when trying to do Market analysis, because it requires some time and total concentration to analyze the market and hence could clash with your morning routines in some cases.

Basically before you start working, that's the important part. I have a similar one but that is as old as time itself, so it is nothing original. I wake up, I take a shower, eat a breakfast, drink my coffee, and I start working basically while still drinking my coffee. That's a very very cliché and overused routine of course, millions of people do it everyday, but I still do it because it gives me a routine that gets me going.

It means basically that you have some things that you do everyday, and it gets me in the mood. If you start working right away before you do anything else, it would be hard to focus, but if you start with something easier like taking a shower and having a breakfast, you get into a rhythm.

Good well-being always affects our productivity, it all starts with good sleep, if you get up in the morning without good sleep, then this is already a loss of concentration. All the factors you listed are also important, proper nutrition and exercise, but this is just one puzzle of what a trader must have for good results. It is difficult for me to understand how this can affect day trading, since this type of trading is not close to me, but clarity will definitely not be superfluous.
