Winding down.
Physical activities really helps your overall mood which is traders must do before they trade because they have to make sure that their emotions is stable. They include this to their trading plan because unstable emotion can lower the probability of your trade and increase the risk. If you're in emotional state it will lead to revenge a trade after a loss or consistent losses instead of taking a rest.
Not just only in trading, but any activity that you wish to do will always be influenced positively once you start your morning with exercise and healthy food intake. That way, your negative emotions will burnout and vanish and will attract positive emotions instead. So I think it would be very helpful if you keep on doing it before your decide to trade. Although I’m not really into this exercise every morning, but I’m really trying to keep my body and mind healthy and productive.

Depends on individual, some people do good when they follow their routine or their minds feel agitated when routine is disturbed. Op you appear to be one of them.

Morning routine is useful for having a healthy body because I have my own experience that whenever I wake up early then I feel fresh and energetic but whenever I wake up early so I fee full, may be its due to changes in routine but it Happened most of the time. Making a plan and following the routine is a sign of successful future because person will works on time and will be healthy because of healthy diet as well as by completing his sleep during selected hours and finishing the daily tasks on time is a features of a successful person.
Just make yourself on doing things on which you do make yourself comfortable before starting up on doing trading but this is actually varying on someones preference because not all would really be that having on
making some activities or steps or routine on the time or before they would be making up some trades. There are even some would really just directly go into their computer and would really be tending to check out things
in regarding with their trading position and its really that something i could tell because this is what im like whenever i do really wake up in the morning on which i do really have this attitude.

Usually i do make coffee afterwards on looking in front of  my PC. Yes, it might not be that physically beneficial when it comes to this manner but as long you dont really compromise your sleep
then it should really be fine. If ever you do like or find yourself having those morning routines then it isnt really that bad. It all according to someones preference and likings.

As a day trader, there are certain things I do before trading. Here is my simple morning routine:

1.Getting up and physical activity: I wake up at 6 am and start with light exercise or walking the dog. It helps me wake up and be more energetic.
2.Healthy breakfast: I eat a light breakfast such as fruit or yogurt. It is important that the food is not too heavy so that I feel alert and not sleepy.
3.Positive mood: I repeat positive affirmations to myself several times, for example: "Today is going to be a great day!" It helps me to tune in to a positive attitude and confidence.
4.Analysis and preparation: After that, I proceed to analyze the charts and other information related to the markets that I am going to trade. I study the latest news and events that may affect the market.
5.Trading: Then I start trading. At this point, I focus on the charts and make decisions to buy or sell assets.
This is my simple morning routine before trading. Each trader may have their own habits and approaches, but the basic idea is to prepare mentally and informationally for the trading day.

Fortunately, there are a variety of what would count for a morning routine or ritual and these has some effects on us for sure. Not in your trading directly but, it affects you mentally and builds some approach you would have towards conducting your trading affairs and every other business of the day.

The market would always follow its path based on certain conditions but your routine could effect your mentality to either be flexible enough to flux when need be about some points and movements in the market.

It's more about mentality and perception and its effectiveness would be displayed on your trades.

Do you have a morning routine as a day trader? I find
that  whenever I follow my morning routine before trading, my focus is unbeatable in the charts and analysis. I usually wake up by 6am and start with cardio or just walk my dog. Next is a light breakfast. Eating light meals is essential because I won't feel very heavy and dull. And on some days, depending on how I feel, I skip breakfast totally for some homemade juice. I repeat my mantra several times ," today is already a great day." After which I go to my computer and start trading. On somedays I make good profits on some other days, I don't. Overall, my morning routine keeps me mentally prepared to face the day. Kindly share some of your morning routine before trading.

Eating light meal is very important, a heavy meal will make you dull or sleep off. Anytime I eat heavy meal, I don't understand my self when I consume heavy food, its either I feel sleeping off facing the screen or I end up sleeping with my laptop on. As a trader, daily excercise is very important because human can also developed side effects sickness of too much of sitting down, I personally developed pile when I sit down for long period of time and I find it difficult to ease myself when that happen and because of that, I don't sit down for long period of time, day trading is not for me.

That is actually an effective routine if you really want to be mentally and physically ready to do trading. Doing exercises and having enough meals before trading could help us trade comfortably and we can create the right decisions as we can do critical and analytical thinking easily.
Our mental condition is too important so we can trade the right way and do it optimistically. It doesn't matter if we trade early in the morning or in the evening, what important is we are well prepared before facing our computers.
Not really that much to be that on  this way because people are way too different on how they would really be dealing up into something. Come to think that there are some people
who could just simply make out trades right away even if they just had recently waked up or came from their own bed and would be checking out their trade results or outcomes.
Having that morning daily routine, then it would really be varrying because there are really indeed ones who do really spent out their time on having some coffee or into those casual or known
morning routines of a certain individual or simply they do have some doing exercising or some sort and some do even just tend to do some house chores first or making everything
in pile or order before they would be switching up on trading mode and some could really just trade right away if they wanted to.

On my part then im a kind of person whose PC or computer is always on, and if i do have some rest it is really just put up into sleep mode and on the time i do check out something
then i could just directly press and able to do so without needing to turn it on again. Its a bit hassle and too long for me if ever i do make out some check up.  Tongue

When I wake up in the morning, I first clean the house, prepare to bathe my son, then prepare something for lunch, then water my plants in the garden.

After my son and I had lunch time, we had some food, fed my dog, and around 1pm or 2pm that's when I could start opening my desktop to do trading activity. And check what happened during the night that we slept.

It's appreciated that with the activities of home you also have the ability to earn passive money. There are lots of female who just concentrate on the activities of home but they cannot give much time to their job. So the schedule which you mentioned is very simple and important to follow. I think if a person cannot give 24 hours to trading then at least 5 to 6 hours are necessary to conduct your job because giving little time to trading will be dangerous because price movement occurs very quickly so for successful results one should must follow his schedule.

I don't know if this happens to most traders or not or only happensi my area because of time zone diffefrce
But, most traders around me that I know, ostly don't have ny morning routines. Comonly, they are still sleepng in the morning and will wake up late. Because they must stay up every night to trade at midnight in our time zone. And some even until morning. So when other normal people are awake, some traders just want to sleep. How will  do they morning routine in this way? this is some of what i know and it might be different.

Ever since I got into crypto (especially trading) yes it has changed my whole morning routine.

* Instead of sleeping early, I slept very late in the evening (sometimes up to 5 AM) and get up after lunch.
* Struggling to find time in doing regular exercise because of my habit in checking CoinMarketCap, charts, news, portfolio, etc. My only time to exercise was during late afternoon and evening as I just walk from home to mall and vice versa. I don’t even have time going to the gym because of the heavy online stuff I’ve been doing like making videos for my clients.

However, I always find time to relax my mind from stress by spending time talking to my parents, socializing with my crypto (and non-crypto) colleagues, etc.

But at least I’m quite healthy thanks to maintaining my keto low carb diet.
I cannot believe that it is so similar to mine. I do work until late but I usually do not like working early so that is something based on me. I could wake up 8 am or 9 am in the morning and finish my job by 6 pm, but instead I wake up at 12 am and start working at 1 pm, which means my job ends around midnight, and that is just the job, then I want to live of course like watching tv or something, well usually I just watch youtube videos of people I follow, and that means I usually go to sleep at around 4 am as well.

This is why I think crypto does make you a bit more tired, you do not get proper sleep at proper time and you are tired, plus since I have to work anyway, I can't really do exercise neither and that makes my body even worse.

The tone of the day is set by having a morning routine. It enables you to get going ahead of everyone else. If you have a strict pattern and stick to it as a trader, you nearly always have the ability to forecast or engineer the day you desire. I'm aware that some market forces are out of your control,
but at least you have some control over your feelings and how you respond to each situation the market presents to you.
Neither you do have a day job
Neither you do have an online job or being a freelancer
Neither you are a trader

You would really be always be having that morning routine on which you would be starting up your day. Some people would be sticking out in default and some people
do make things randomly on whatever that suits them in.We are different when it comes to things or on how its been done.
So its better to expect different approach when it comes to things.

Well, having a healthy morning routine or habits really help to improve your daily productivity. In fact,  It is  better to wake up early , prepare a healthy breakfast, set goals, and do some exercises. In addition to that, there is a plenty of traders who don’t succeed in this area due to they are struggling with psychological issues or difficulties ( internet conflicts), this stress and pressure would negatively affect on decision-making, you should be aware of this. Trading is definitely profitable but if you don’t have the ability to face your obstacles and overcome your problems , then you don’t belong this field. That’s my point of views.

It actually became a habit. Mornings too after I bring my son to his school.
1. Coffee and light breakfast too with 1 fruit (any) while receiving Vitamin D from the sunlight.
2. Opening my computer but not really sitting yet. Just letting it heat up.
3. Stretching before taking a shower. Will take a long time at scratching my scalp with shampoo as I know it helps with memory.
4. A little rest before I face my computer and watch some sports news. (I don't like watching trade vlogs.)
Does it have any effect? Yes, I do believe so. A fresh feeling does help you be optimistic for the whole day and a relaxed body will make you decide better, especially in bad times.

In fairness to you, the daily routine you do in the morning is good and I think a healthy lifestyle is something like that to keep your mind fresh and your body calm.

You can also try to make it your habit, even though I'm used to waking up at 8am, I'll try to wake up at 6am too, it's good for our body to get used to it, actually. It's like our mind and body can be exercised when we do things like yours.
What you do in morning have a great impact in your trading performance for the later day, there is a study that I have read before regarding it because daily habits have a huge effect on your trading career. What I do is I meditate after I wake up then I hit some light exercise after that I will read my rules in trading for me to not get off the track. Then I'll start charting, analyzing what happened last night and looking for some crypto that made a move. This is alsomy niche will kick in because this is where I recognized patternes wheneverI do watchlisting.

If you do not have a good morning routine, then most likely you will create bad decision that can lead you to losses. Be also aware that what you consume can affect your performance. I'm talking about the foods and also the content that you are watching. There are some foods that can be considered as factor why we cannot think very well. Regarding about the content, there are a lot of negative content in the social media that can lead us to have negative performance if we continue to consume it.

A bit of exercise in the morning is always good regardless what your job/profession is — like, I don't know a single person that works out in the early morning who says it negatively affected their day; opinions are always in the positives.

I'm personally not a fan of breakfast though, as I do intermittent fasting.
exercises frees the mind off so many stress, exercising frequently especially at mornings does not just make you physically fit, it also makes you mentally stable.
I am not a fan of breakfast too, I do not fast though but I'd always prefer brunch.

Yes indeed, a morning routine has sure benefit to a trader, else, why do it. The mental focus and attention rate is higher and balanced, more work will be done and when it's time for rest, the ease with which one relaxes is soothing.
It should depend on individual preference though, because most persons might feel sleepy after the routine and go back to sleep or might get too involved that the best moments to trade swim by.
I don't have much experience day trading and wish I could develop that skill under proper tutorage, but with observing others and myself sitting with eyes, ears and mind glued to a computer screen, no wonder exercise at any time of the day eases the muscles and relaxes the nerves.z
