For almost all coins paired with BTC, we see that the price of altcoins is falling. bitcoin really made good progress and that's why there's a bunch of positive news exist around the internet and at the same time despite there are some negative feedback as well because of the previous performance of bitcoin.. And yes as you can see those negative views is happening right now wherein it was a false break out.. For me if bitcoin will be stuck up again surely altcoin will having the same situation.. So for now we can't tell if bitcoin will change direction and the entire cryptocurrency has a chance to regain strength in order to make progress again . Maybe we need more results on this situation in my opinion.

Not all altcoins but most of altcoins more specifically nft games coin has been performing really well this recent time.
But if you see in top gainers in cmc there are altcoins from other sector that are performing well too however most of altcoins are still following the top coins price chart so cant really say this is an altcoin season but its already good enough that the market giving space for some of altcoin to grow really well.

Hopefully, the altcoin season will come back after the bitcoin price can back to $42k before. But I guess that will not be so fast as the bitcoin price is back to the lower price. Maybe the next month will be the time for bitcoin and altcoin to have a good time to increase. And if that can happen, we can hope to make a profit and that profit can be bigger than before. We can use this moment to have many potential altcoins besides bitcoin to expect to sell it at a high price.

Unfortunately, you are right that the crypto market is too manipulative right now and anything can happen. However, I still try to stick to the idea that by the end of 2021 we may see another round of growth in cryptocurrency prices. Undoubtedly, BTC will be the leader, and then a number of top altcoins. Now it is difficult to say exactly what marks the cryptocurrency will reach if there is an increase, but there is an assumption that prices may fly off to the moon. So now I am trying to accumulate different cryptocurrencies, if possible, I will wait for the end of the year, and then it will already be seen.

I still think that market is bullish and we will reach 100K till the end of winter 2022. There are a lot of factors and huge loyalty of crypto audience.

for bitcoin does have enormous potential in the coming season. but in my opinion the potential will be much greater and explode if the crypto market is indeed a price shock and public response. such as the example of amazon which will implement payments with bitcoin, if amazon is right to do this, it is certain that bitcoin will have high potential. well when bitcoin has increased usually altcoins will also be boosted. the altcoin market will follow to be a great pump like a few months ago, this can be proven and it is real to this day

Today the correction occurred again but not too high and the market has not fully recovered considering that there are still many investors waiting for the right moment to enter the market. Seeing the increase in BTC in the last few days, although it is still not strong enough at least it gives positive sentiment to a better move and can continue into the next month so that it gives a different feel if the big sell-off subsides.

About the altcoin season, I think we're not there yet. The recent BTC increase from $29K to over $40K looks like a fake to me. As you can see, it already dropped back to $36K right after Amazon denied the rumor. Price will probably drop and test $30K again in the next few days. Altcoins will bleed once again.

I guess someone trying to dump the market like it was on 2019, the same strategy, to shave all sheep.

Don't expect an easy gain. We've had the bull run at the beginning of the year and then you want another this mid-year. The bulls will just think you are abusing your wishing well. We were hoping to reach up to $40K yesterday but failed.

I've not sold seeking how much it had shootup despite not knowing exactly what made the price reacted that way. Not even Amazon news is confirmed.

What news are you talking about?

Amazon already denied they will accept Bitcoin as a payment and dont even have this in development. So all yesterdays Amazon related news are fake.
Tesla has announced, they had 20 million loss due to investment in Bitcoin.
Facebook has already screwed with Libra and doubtfully will go big again into cryptocurrency in nearest future.

That does not look like "positive news for crypto". What up with Google? Did I missed something? I think they stay rather neutral with cryptocurrency so far. Otherwise, they will be a google coin long time ago.

I agree with you that the Amazon rumor was likely what made that Bitcoin price jump yesterday and of cause, we saw the aftermath of the price again from their own announcement. However, I believe if you really want to invest in Bitcoin, we need not wait for any news before investing because that is when you can buy at the best low price. Imagine some people must have bought it yesterday when it was almost $40k and today it has dropped to $37 and some will also sell off trying to cut their losses because they don't know if it will continue to dip.
Anyways, I believe that the general crypto market will re-bounce some time again before EOY and this is also a good time to Invest and HODL.

I don't think so, and the current price hike happened for nothing so don't confuse the rumours related to big tech companies are going to invest in cryptocurrencies.

Price is still unpredictable and high chance to fall from the current price.
