Doge coin is not fail but it also does not develop. Because it is just a funny coin for the investors who are fan of Chiba dog. To be honest, I do not like it
He's not saying dogecoin is failure, he says dogecoin will fail on the markey and I totally agree with him. It's the same trash for years and there is no development. Then seeing it on the market at #40 is just sad for me while there are lots of better ones.

this coin must have a big rise this year, one important reason is that 2018 is dog year in China, and its price is low, new comers like this kind of coins

Does it surprise you that DOGE is bound to fail? DOGE was created "for fun" with code copy/pasted directly from GitHub. They received an incredible amount of PR when they crowdfunded a big doge meme face on the hood of a Nascar.
I am not convinced that it will fail but to reach 1$>1Doge will have to wait couple years. With more people with access to stable and daily internet this coin and crypto business will rise. Doge is not famous nowadays but still convenient for newbies...... huge support represents helpful and friendly community.
I dont care about dogecoin because they wate my time of waiting tha the price will increase . I lose some some of my money in dogecoin and that's not good . I hope I will get again my capital when I bought dogecoin last few years ago. But I hope it will increase again .I dont care about the profit I eant to get first back my capital for this coin.
