Why is the exchange rate valued @ 190 euro's... it 198 or higher...

Used USD to EUR conversion rate: $1,1287 per €1.
Starting price: $990.00 = €877,12.
Price with VAT: €877,12+ 21% = €1061,32
Price with declaration costs: €1061,32 + €11,25 = €1072,57
So the final price is €1072,57 for all 10 coins, which is €107.26 per coin.
