For someone with money to roll, taking a break is next to impossible. But it always depends on his decision-making.
Having control can be difficult for someone who has some funds to chase the losses. Up until he has no funds left, that's when he can finally think straight.

Facts! It takes a lot of courage and self control for man with healthy bankroll to step away in gambling without getting anything after a full pack action of gambling. I find it hard to do in my experience because I deposited money that is already good for lose in exchange for profit on gambling. It will be easier for me to leave at lose than take a break after literally get nothing.

I think it’s a mature thinking what OP did since it’s his experience that teach him to come up with this self defense to avoid potential losses that happened to him in the past. But honestly, it will be very hard for me to do it in actual.

I agree with the advice you give. Stop gambling and rest. It seems that you have forced yourself to gamble to look tired but still want to continue gambling. Be careful, mate. It looks like you are starting to get addicted to gambling. Taking a break while being careful will be useful for you and don't forget to do other things so you don't think about gambling.

When playing gambling, we are in control of ourselves. Don't force yourself if you feel tired of the gambling game. It will only give bad results and make your emotions rise. Maybe you are still lucky to be at the break even point so there is nothing to lose. But if you are experiencing a lot of losses, you might still have to think about it while you rest.

It will make you want to immediately return to gambling even though you still want to rest. It's okay to rest for a few days or months. You also still have plenty of time to gamble again. The important thing is that you can calm yourself down first.

Today I encountered again my biggest nemesis on gambling which is being stuck on my gambling progress. I’ve gambling for multiple days in a row with just having a breakeven on my total bankroll. This due to the game doesn’t gave me any long winning streak and only just more losses. The only thing that makes me keep up on the breakeven side is the increased on wager to recover my losses but my gambling result is literally 1 win to 3 or more losses ratio. This is how bad my overall game.

The only good news is this time I remember how this weakness of mine always makes me lose in the past so I stop already gambling and take a break. This is what I’m trying to share here. If you really feel that your gambling doesn’t want to make you move forward by having decent profit and just giving you a hard time then don’t hesitate to quit! Don’t push forward while you are already playing uncomfortably because this will just make you bet recklessly.

Have a break and just gamble newt week or month because a lucky game will make you win easily and not with a very hard to win winning condition.

We all know that but sometimes things don't go as planned. Everyone knows that it's better to stop gambling when you are losing more.
But many people are not able to control themselves and keep on gambling until they lose it all. So self control is very necessary here.
As you say, one should not push himself in order recover the losses because that will only cause more losses.

Breakeven after several days of trying to make a profit seems frustrating. I have my share of frustration when all you win today are also taken back the next day. Changing strategy can be the reason for the loss.

Many people chase their losses when gambling rather than resting because it will not make them calm as gamblers are always haunted by emotional feelings because of defeat and make them depressed with those feelings, even though if only they knew that continuing the game would not recover from previous losses. which you will actually make your losses bigger. There are many examples out there that we may have seen around us too. The point is, don't force yourself to play for too long.

I'm sure that resting won't make the situation even more chaotic, there's still time tomorrow to play, to gamble you have to know when to play and when to stop so minimizing losses when gambling is very important, I'm one of those people who likes to gamble on weekends so I spend weekdays working and also with my family, but on weekends I usually spend just a few hours gambling. Everything must be limited by budget and time so that everything can be controlled properly.  Wink

Well, that is a strategy, but personally I prefer to use the budget I allocated to that gambling session until it vanishes. Maybe the lucky bet is on the final of the budget, and even if it isn't, I'm not in a bad situation, since I planned using that sum of money for gambling, anyway, and I can recover it later through my work, without any further prejudice to my financial life.

There is no problem in stopping when you feel it's not going to be your lucky day, but I also keep in mind the finish line must be closer than we expect in some cases, and to give up when you are just one step behind is really painful.

I can relate to that, I had a worse experience losing the coin I am staking in one casino I'm making $5 daily from those stake coins but that profit drastically dropped because I lost 70% of the coin I'm staking, I stopped three weeks because of the depression if I have gone further and try to recover my losses I could lose everything.

It's important to analyze your bankroll and your activity for you to make a good decision, a break from time to time will save you a lot of and will keep you fresh and motivated and with the right mindset when you come back.

Or if you can try to have a break even if you're winning you will feel good and save money, a two or three days break will do wonders for your mental health and keep you from addiction.

Op is completely right, this is somehow exactly the same thing I am currently going through on L0tt0.com, in the previous week, I think last week or last upper week actually, I was playing on this casino and was winning very easily, I started with $10 and soon, I grew that to above $50, I withdraw $30, and a little above $20 was left on my account, I kept gambling and winning but eventually made a mistake that made me lose the entire amount.

And last week, the owner of the casino gifted me $10 on the casino and I continued gambling, but i noticed that the luck that was on my side last upper week was no longer there, I continued to lose no matter how much I try to win, at a point, I decided to just leave the game alone and have some relaxation on my own , I returned the next day, I played a few round and discovered I was still unlucky, I left again. Yesterday, i decided to play the game until my balance turns zero, but luckily for me, just when my balance remained about $1, I won a little above $5, I was kind of amazed .

So yeah, it is not good or advisable to force oneself to continue playing a game when it obvious luck is not on your side, stepping away and coming back later to try again sometimes actually does the magic.

Looking at the nature of gambling itself, there are some things we also need to always out in consideration each time we are gambling, the risk involved, we shouldn't be gambling base on a retaliation protocols to make recovery of some of the losses we have made already, because at the cause of doing so we may be loosing the more, and it's ot in the amount or rate at which we increase our wager that draws us closer to making winnings each time we are gambling.

Have a break and just gamble newt week or month because a lucky game will make you win easily and not with a very hard to win winning condition.

That's true, it happens in most cases that the harder you're striving for winning the lesser your chances for winning, that is why some gamblers can adopt a stop loss method to deal with theirselves while trying to reduce the rate of loosing more.

1 win and 3 losses is a bad result bro, if I were you, maybe I would also be stressed and feel very annoyed with this result. But I agree with what you said that taking a break from a losing streak is the best decision. Because in that position, our body will be stressed and of course our emotions will be unstable. Conditions like this will certainly affect our minds and bodies which will affect the results of our gambling and make the situation worse.

Well, that's just what you're doing, father, and at least at that point, you know how to use your sensitivity in the right way if you have to stop first. And in fairness, it seems that you also bet big when you play suga when you lose just to get back your loss immediately.

And I also believe in the courage you have when you bet a large amount. But the best thing about you is when you still lose your big bet and you take a break and then come back next week to make up for it, which is a good move, I guess.

I also often make mistakes like that, but I'm more obsessed when I see better betting opportunities. and that made me up the ante.
because I bet more often in football betting, I see a greater chance of one of the teams winning. and coincidentally the Odds offer was also good, and that made me increase the nominal bet I made.
Even when the odds are very good, in gambling luck is still the main factor after trying to analyze.

My habit is to make a bet and leave it for the next day. If I get a profit then I will continue with other bets. Maybe this is different if experienced by gamblers in one of the games at the casino which of course will be very fun when they are too focused on the game.

The best discovery is for one to limits himself or herself after much consideration and calculation to note that he is not making progress than to continuously gambling, if we can be able to control our emotion and greed then it's possible that whenever you gambled and there are no winning for the weekend or for months then the best alternative is to distance oneself for at least another months to have a new fresh mind and thinking to be able to reason well and to have great ideas of how one can be able to position himself to become more productive to win in the next game.

When you are at the break-even point and try to increase the bet instead of trying to recover the loss, believe it will never happen, it can be said that it will rarely recover especially if you expect to play continuously. If you feel that the game is no longer aligned then stop because it is useless to increase as well as the ratio of losing will be more.

Once when allocating $75 for a game I felt a feeling that the day would be good, but in reality it was not like that continuous defeat could be said (won twice but lost more than 4 times). At that point, I started to feel insecure because I was unlucky and it was better to take a long break for 1 month.

That period of time has been experienced, a long break has also been done because too much money has been spent because it is too curious about increasing bets in the hope of recovering losses.

Now I'm more scheduled and usually bet once a week.

The OP's statement is very appropriate with "don't force to play more", of course as you experienced. If indeed the gambling that you are doing cannot give you a win or an increase then it is better to start to stop, you have been gambling for several days and even with that long time it turns out that the results are still even, nothing more and no improvement and all that exists is that you continue to lose and then when you try again several times to restore the defeat in the previous time. Honestly, it's very boring and I'm sure anyone who experiences such conditions will feel tired.

Basically, it is true that gambling is only for entertainment, and if you come to win then you will face this cycle, for example, like the OP's experience here, you will only exchange one win for 5 losses or even more than that if you continue to play. True, it is actually not difficult to get a win if you are lucky, and it certainly won't take long to get it. So if you experience a cycle or condition like this you better stop, because if you continue it will only add to your financial problems. So the point is not to be greedy and stick to a healthy mindset in looking at this gambling.
