Don't want to ruin your party, but unless you did an OTC trade you must be in the wrong thread.
You see, this coin is The Real Dashcoin with The Real Privacy based on cryptonote. No need to mix your coins or pay to Masternodes for the privilege.
I know the difference between DASH and DSH.
And really hope DSH will cost at least twice in a year.

Has every exchange updated now?
Is it safe to buy this coin? Want to make sure that if I buy exchange is on the right chain. 10,000 to 1 makes a huge difference!

There is no risk, because there is only 1 chain. The only difference is that the new wallets read the decimal place differently. If you buy 1 coin, you're still buying 10,000 coins. But the new wallets interpret them as 1.000000000000 instead of 10000.00000000
You even get 4 extra decimals on the end, so it goes to 12 zeroes instead of 8 like all other coins.
i.e. This is purely a cosmetic change (but a good one to do for the reasons stated). Nothing changed on the blockchain at all.
