Most of the casino request for a copy of utility bill or bank statement to verify the address of a user. There shouldn't be any problem to verify your address if you submitted those documents properly.

There shouldn't be any problem to verify your address if you submitted those documents properly.

This is an absurd action by Duckdice. Failed to submit 3rd level KYC verification after finishing the first 2 level shouldn’t be result to account block since user can verify the 3rd level multiple times since there’s a chance that a bot can’t read the documents properly that result to automatically rejection. I’ve done KYC on multiple casino and failing the KYC sometimes due to unreadable documents is comment since they are using bot to verify.

I hope Duckdice can give a solid reason for doing this since they are trying to limit you to access your account by using small mistakes that you commit on the KYC process.
it's strange when a customer can pass level 2 verification but doesn't pass level 3 verification. If this is indeed the fault of the bot not reading the customer data correctly the OP as a DuckDice representative should immediately give the right answer so the customer doesn't feel like he's being ignored. it will seriously affect DuckDice's reputation if any issues or complaints are not resolved promptly in the long term it will be very bad.

Actually there have been a lot of cases where the KYC provider has flagged certain verification documents as fake, or stolen, or simply blacklisted documents ( blacklisted as in these exact documents were used in various not so legal activities).

While indeed we are a bit slow in dealing with all these arbitrage cases, we are however dealing with each individual case and solving them.





There is no long or short term for these guys, Duckdice.io is recently turned into scame and seems they are baning every single person with no legit reasson.

I understand that this would seem the perfect opportunity for you to restart your shenanigans and possibly the blackmail attempts.  May I suggest first to attend the thread you started which you're ignoring for weeks now where you were asked to provide evidence of your claim? You can't, as it doesn't exist.

Also word of advice,  you keep using the word "scame", the same as you were using from the countless multiple accounts on trustpilot which were taken down by them, you might want to consider checking the spelling on your alt accounts if you tend to misspell "scame" on all of them.

They actually don't need a reasson to ignore you, as they doing shady things from the start, try to post it to Scame accusations forum and provide some details so others  will not be victims.

I'm pretty sure no casino/sportsbook out there allows users who arbitrage bet.  We did not ban players who "won too often" we were however spammed with more or less what looks to be like an syndicate of arbitrage bettors and multiple accounts, most accounts being from the same location and while we're individually dealing with each case of restricted access and allowing withdrawals for their balances. While it does take a bit to solve them due to the sheer volume of arbitrage betting cases, we are close to solving all outstanding cases.

Betting site doesn't block the users account if they win too much. Sportsbook only apply betting limit on a user account if the user wins most of his bets.
That is what a legitimate casinos would do as hidden on their terms of service most casinos have a statement that says that their sportsbook is only for recreational gamblers and not for professionals, as they know that the sport bettors which make arbitrage bets can beat them over the long run, however the reputation of duckdice is not really the best so it would not surprise me if they did indeed banned players which won too often, even if they just got lucky at the time.

As far as I am aware of, I've not come across any casino that banned a user for winning too much, some cases i have seen on this issue is where the user is limited to only being able to bet or play some certain games the casino knows that the user does not win that much on, or is not so good in.
Some casinos that try to be a bit fair on the user do still allow the user to play their favorite games or bet on their favorite sports, but they will be limited on the amount of money they can bet on the game.
This is as far as I know, I've never come across someone complaining about being banned for winning too much.
in the case of banning big wins, it's usually because the casino doesn't have a large enough bankroll to pay out big wins to its customers. so that the casino will limit or prohibit gamblers if the winning results are too large at a particular casino.

if you say you have never seen gamblers complaining about wins being banned or limited, look in the fraud section lots of people complain about getting big wins but in the end their funds are confiscated or accounts are frozen for reasons of being detected multi accounts etc.
it is a habit of scam casinos who don't want to pay out big winnings to their customers and use that as an excuse to refuse non-pay.

He clearly said that he is waiting for weeks now but AFAIK arbitrage betting is a serious offense so I don't think he can still recover his account. Some gamblers are doing this because they think this strategy is more profitable than playing the normal way and that is why betting platforms are against with it.

But this has no evidence at all proving your claims are solid. I suggest you head over to the scam accusations board and make a clear report about what happened whilst including all the necessary information and proof like screenshots, transaction ID's etc
