How come they will help you if their findings was you are doing some illegal bets. Can you send screenshot here from the support that shows transparently their findings on your account? You are lucky that you still got your initial deposit because they have the right to confiscate it because you violate their terms.

They are still active on engaging and solving all the concerns here despite Duckdice received multiple complaints in the past few weeks. I won’t say that their reputation is declining because most of the issue was resolved through the acknowledgment of the complainants.

And everyone is saying that their account has been banned for arbitrage betting. You should create a scam accusation against them if you think that they have cancelled your winnings unfairly.
