Do you received words from the admin through email or they just blocked your account after you made a couple of bets? You post your issue during weekends so probably they are on vacation because Duckdice.io admin is always active here. You will find answer tomorrow but providing the complete info about what happened including all the screenshot of your bets and discussion with the support will be helpful to have clarification on your case.

They are still active on engaging and solving all the concerns here despite Duckdice received multiple complaints in the past few weeks. I won’t say that their reputation is declining because most of the issue was resolved through the acknowledgment of the complainants.
Actually this kind of negative complaints that being solve by the team gives them a boost in their reputation rather than a negative implication because it shows how dedicated they are on handling issues regarding their casino unlike other casino that typically ignore most of the complaints.
I think it's just an issue regarding the delay in resolution of every issue to customers who are complaining at this time and there are indications of any complainants who made the fraud allegation thread not lock the thread and move around commenting here maybe they are not satisfied with the outcome of Duckdice's decision.
So from all these problems we can understand that sometimes it is necessary to be transparent in solving a problem to prove that all the problems that have been solved have been resolved properly.

I’m a bit suspicious on how come your account ended up on that state without doing anything. Can you give full details on what you did before your account blocked by the casino.
I think the current event is just a coordinated account because this newbie sprouting concerns here with same issue that blocked account only shows they have connection.

Yeah but they should also ask those whose accusation is already resolved to change the title of their accusation to resolve and lock the topic because when one researches topic about accusations on Duckdice those without resolution in the title will still come out, but it's not good for the official announcement to see so many complaints, new visitors of the thread might think that there's a lot of issues playing in their platform, they should encourage their players to ask the support about their issues first and not post it here right away.
They should ask the user to change topic title and lock resolved case and related scam accusation topic immediately after they inform the user about a case. I really believe that with many scam accusations created by newbie accounts, they will not return to the forum after their cases are resolved and if they don't have new open scam accusation in future.If DuckDice team are late to request user to do that, a topic will remain as active scam accusation at least with its title. When people search with Google, maybe they will stop at topic title, not care to read all details.
