Although, i would like to highlight that we have already done this kind of request from Jamyr1, was not that huge task, however we also had to break the integrity of the system and database in order to please Jamyr1.
Talking about integrity, what you have done is to put stats of amounts I could never imagine with comments, my Commission. Which I never had access to.

We do not FIX our service by a request of a one user, we have thousands of customers and no matter how hard we try we can not develop a designated feature for every one of him.
It is okay if you do not want to make changes of your site for a user but if a user face any problem on your site for any reason then you should resolve the problem of that user. I think 3 days s a good time to solve the problem, hence you may take 7 days but you took 2 years and still not solved? So, I think you should take care of your user.We are talking about the whole integrity of an affiliate system, which includes a GDPR compliance guidelines. The user basically requested to make it to fit his very unique needs. When you register on a fully functioning service you do not demand (yes, demand, cause this is not a feedback, we collect and appreciate feedback very much, but the system is designed by professionals and if something it missing, it has a good reason why if some amount of users decide that this "miss" is frustrating we adjust the system) for a tailored solution for yourself.
It would, literally require hundreds of working hours for a whole team of engineers for a single request.

First of all, your 2 refs - one is a locked out old unused account and second account has never deposited.
I can remember you had one more ref but the user made a permanent ban, the tool we provide for GDPR compliance, so he deleted ALL his personal data from other servers therefore making his refs orphans, so no additional tiers can be received from a user who made a permanent delete.

More than two years I have been waiting for you to fix my affiliate problem. Affiliate is the reason I went to your site.
Instead of taking the time to fix what they promised 2 years ago in multiple conversation that they will fix it.
They ended up messing it and putting the blame on me, even accusing me of having earned huge amounts of bonus even if I repeatedly continue to deny and try to provide them with proof, by looking at my account history and activity. I was in the process of compiling my activity(which they would have done much efficiently if they wanted to) and boom I get error "access denied".
I got banned from Duckdice today while I was in a conversation with Stan and trying to prove that I did not have such amount.
My issue with Duckdice -
I am one of the early players here in Duckdice who just like Dre saw the potential of having a successful affiliate campaign.
Fast forward when Duckdice closed down early 2017, locking some funds in my account,
(conversation with Stan/DuckdiceRep)
(btc transaction)
(convo continuity)
(convo where bonus was proactively given)
(convo where recommending yahoo to manage duckdice campaign, and me being given 0.01 as "bonus" felt indebted and as something in return worn Duckdice signature w/o pay)
(end of convo via facebook and start of this long, painful, tiring chase)
(support convo when I started to notice that my affiliate funds isn't right)
(me asking transparency on affiliate and support trying to lead me away to that)
(me going thru the process of asking them to manually adjust my referral earnings)
(it goes on and on and on)

As you can guess I was very persistent with this as I have trusted Stan/Duckdice that they will keep their word, to fix what is fixed, to credit what is missing, lost.
And accepting manually credited bonus and trying to look for typos, visual errors, which kept me going.

which can be verified true by going to my account history for withdrawal, bets, tips, rained stuff and whatever.
