I see the customer care is just a mess coupled with team not being specific on time and date to respond with their investigation result. I was wondering if they could release that kind of money to a winner if they truly have that financial strength to do so. OP, it is doubtful how this can be when without no much evidence back your accusations. Why not do a review on your complaint.

Can you show us your wagering record because you might request to withdraw while you still didn't wager the minimum requirements? Your history shows how you manage to deposit and withdraw that same amount in the past without any problem so just be patient because they might just be investigating you for coin mixing or something since your account history shows the same pattern but rest assured that they will not gonna scam you no matter how huge your balance because they have a very solid reputation here.
You are wagering huge amount so I'm surprised that you are just being KYC now while you keep deposit and withdraw multiple times with that amount.

Try to be patient. They are telling you to wait, with that large amount they need to verify if there's nothing suspicious on the account's activity, their system and everything. 2 days is still too early to accused them despite of answering them responsively answering your questions.I made KYC and sent some AML documents what they asked. Just checked your screenshots, what is weird is that you received a 500k withdrawal the same day 5h earlier but that the other one is still processing. But given this kind of amount, it seems normal that it can take some time to do extra checks. Duelbits is legit so I would give them some more time and hopefully they process your withdrawal quickly.
